In case of No Show (i.e., if the Member/ Guest fails to check in at the resort under the CV), there shall be no re-credit of the number of
days / points debited for the holiday and the access fee/ exchange fee/ any oth er fees, if any paid for the said booking, shall not be
refunded.
Points to Note:
Please check the latest guidelines/ orders from the respective state governments/ authorities before your travel.Rooms are Non-
Smoking and without kitchenette. Swimming Pool, Gymnasium are operational. All guest have to bring their own Mask, Gloves,
Essential Medicine, personal strollers, Baby Pramp, Walking Stick, Umbrella, Portable Pen to avoid physical contact. Visitors are
not allowed in the resort premises. Enjoy 25% Discount on Food & Soft Beverages. All house rules mentioned in the confirmation
voucher apply. Room allocation is at Sole Discretion of resort and based on availablity.Name change is not possible once CV is
generated and Person travelling mentioned on CV has to be present for entire duration at the resort post check in . According to
government regulations a valid Photo ID is Mandatory to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the resort. The
identification proofs accepted are -Driving Licence,Voter ID,Aadhaar Card and Passport. Without valid ID the Member/Guest will
not be allowed to check in. PAN card will not be accepted as valid ID card, childrens below 18 years school ID or Aadhar card is

House Rules
1. Please note that the check-in is 14:00 hours & check-out is 10:00 hours.
2. Please inform us in advance if you are checking in late. We’ll be able to hold your reservation until 18:00 hours only.
3. PAN card is required for all transactions which exceed INR 49,999 towards your resort expenses.
4. We request you to provide valid government original id proof for Indian citizens and produce a valid passport & VISA at the time of
arrival in case of Foreign nationals.
5. Prior to the holiday date mentioned in the confirmation voucher, if any amount is overdue in the membership, Club Mahindra
reserves the right to cancel the confirmed booking or deny check-in without prior intimation.
6. Pets are not allowed at the resort.
7. Taxes will be levied as applicable.
8. Resort house rules and terms & conditions are applicable for the entire duration of stay.
9. All other terms & conditions as per the Membership Rules are applicable.
10. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID is mandatory to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at

11. The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card & Aadhaar Card. Foreign nationals are

our resort staff may attract penal action against the concerned individual.
