PART II: SOLUTION DISCUSSION (4 minutes including 1 minute to prepare)

Let’s move on to the second part. This is a card with a situation. You have one minute to study the
situation and prepare your answer.

Situation: A friend of yours would like to say sorry to his girlfriend for forgetting her birthday.
There are some suggestions: taking her out to dinner, taking her out shopping, or buying
her a book . Which one do you think is the best suggestion?
