1/ If you could invest on one of the followings – planting forests, building zoos and researching
about biodiversity, which one might be your best choice? Why?
I would choose to invest in planting forests. Planting forests has a multitude of benefits including
providing habitats for wildlife, capturing and storing carbon dioxide, preventing soil erosion, and
promoting clean air and water. Forests play a crucial role in maintaining biodiversity and are essential
for the overall health of our planet. Additionally, investing in planting forests is a long-term solution
that can have lasting positive impacts on the environment. Building zoos and researching biodiversity
are also important endeavors, but I believe that investing in planting forests would have the greatest

a rap CD and a folk music CD, which one is your best choice? Why?
From my perspective, I firmly believe that folk music CDs are the best of the three options and here's
why: rock CDs, rap CDs, and folk CDs.

environment.

TOPICS
You have 2 minutes to deliver a speech of the topic given. You are expected to include three parts
of a speech, namely Introduction, Development and Conclusion with the use of some linking
words.
Introduction:
Today, I want to address the topic of complaints about restaurants in Vietnam.
Development:
There have been numerous complaints regarding restaurants in Vietnam, ranging from poor
service to unsanitary conditions. One major complaint is the lack of consistency in the quality of
food. Some restaurants may serve delicious dishes one day and then disappoint customers the next.
Additionally, the cleanliness of restaurants is often called into question, with reports of dirty kitchens
and unsanitary dining areas. Another common complaint is the high prices of some restaurants,
which may not be justified by the quality of the food and service provided.
We've all seen news reports of unclean kitchens in buffets, which can be a real turn-off. A
recent incident involved a Nha Trang restaurant charging an exorbitant price for a seemingly simple
noodle dish. This lack of clarity can leave a sour taste in a customer's mouth.
However, it is important to note that there are also many exceptional restaurants in Vietnam that
go above and beyond to provide exceptional service and delicious food. These establishments have
earned a positive reputation among locals and tourists alike.
Conclusion:
In conclusion, while there are certainly complaints about restaurants in Vietnam, it is important
to recognize that there are also many wonderful dining establishments that provide excellent service
and delectable dishes. By being mindful of the quality and cleanliness of the restaurants we choose to
dine at, we can have a positive dining experience in Vietnam.
Answer:
1. In Vietnam, traditional restaurants are still more popular than fast food restaurants.
2. I do not agree with the statement that food in an expensive restaurant is always better than that in a
cheap one. There are many affordable restaurants in Vietnam that serve delicious and high-quality food.
Development:
One of the biggest changes is the rise of online shopping like Shopee and Lazada in Vietnam.
With the convenience of shopping from the comfort of your own home and the ability to compare
prices and products easily, online shopping has become increasingly popular.
Another change in shopping habits over the last decade is the increasing emphasis on
sustainability. With a growing awareness of environmental issues, many consumers are now choosing
to shop at eco-friendly and sustainable brands. This shift towards more conscious shopping is evident in
the rise of thrift stores, eco-friendly products, and sustainable fashion options.
Conclusion:
As for the future of shopping, I do believe that online shopping will continue to grow and
potentially replace some small shops. However, I think there will always be a place for physical stores
that offer unique experiences and personal connections with customers. Ultimately, it will be up to
retailers to adapt to changing consumer preferences and find ways to stand out in an increasingly
competitive market.
Answer:
1. My Shopping Habits: About my shopping habits, I can tell you that I would likely be a hybrid
shopper, utilizing both online stores for convenience and physical stores for specific needs.
2. Online vs. Small Shops: While online shopping continues to grow, I don't believe it will
entirely replace small shops. There will always be a segment of the population that values the
personal touch and community aspect of local stores. Additionally, small shops can adapt by
establishing an online presence or specializing in unique products not readily available online.
Answers to questions:
1. To avoid working overtime, individuals should prioritize time management, set boundaries, and
communicate openly with their employers about their workload and deadlines.
2. In the future, I believe that people will work less due to a growing awareness of the negative effects
of overwork on health and productivity. Companies are starting to recognize the importance of work-
life balance and are implementing policies to promote employee well-being.

After finishing your speech, answer the following questions:
1. What should be done to protect the nature and environment? Why?
2. Is it the responsibility of school to teach children to protect the nature and environment? Why?
(or Why not?)
Introduction:
Today I would like to talk about the importance of protecting the natural world. There are many reasons
why we should make it a priority to preserve our environment and wildlife for future generations.
Development:
First and foremost, protecting the natural world is essential for our own survival. Our planet
provides us with clean air, fresh water, and fertile soil - all of which are necessary for our existence. By
preserving our forests, oceans, and other ecosystems, we are ensuring that we can continue to thrive as
a species.
Furthermore, the natural world is home to a vast array of species, each playing a unique
role in the delicate balance of our ecosystems. For example, bees are crucial pollinators that help to
fertilize many of the plants we rely on for food. Without bees, our agricultural systems would collapse.
In addition, nature provides us with countless benefits beyond just material resources like
reduce stress, improve mental health, and boost physical well-being.
Conclusion:
In conclusion, there are many compelling reasons why we should make every effort to protect the
natural world. By safeguarding our environment and wildlife, we are ensuring a brighter future for
ourselves and for generations to come. It is our collective responsibility to take action now before it's
too late.
Answer:
1. To protect the nature and environment, we must prioritize sustainable practices such as reducing
our carbon footprint, conserving water, promoting recycling, and preserving natural habitats. By
taking these steps, we can mitigate the negative impacts of human activities on the planet and
safeguard the health of our ecosystems.
2. Yes, it is the responsibility of schools to teach children to protect the nature and environment.
Education is key to raising awareness about environmental issues and inspiring the next
generation to become stewards of the planet. By instilling a sense of environmental
responsibility in our youth, we are empowering them to make informed decisions that will
