Terms & Conditions

• Price: All prices are based on Ex-factory term, FOB terms will request additional charge depending on loading port location.
• Payment: 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation, 70% T/T balance receipt 5 working days before shipping. Full payments before delivery and upon receipt are required for
small orders.
• Lead Time: 30-35 days after receive the deposit.
• Packing: All items would be well packed in carton box (wooden frame/case package will be arranged depends on machine weight), all additional and special printing,
labeling, bar codes etc. request will be subject to additional charges.
• Warranty: 12 months from delivery date against manufacturing defects, excluding ware & tear parts such as (but not limited to) heating element, pilot, thermocouple, seal &
gasket, knob & handle, light & bulb, etc. Does not cover damage due to misues & abuse, voltage fluctuation, lack of maintenance and natural environmental events.
• Notes:
1. Only upon full payment receipt goods will be delivered, otherwise they remain Guangdong Grace Kitchen Equipment Co., Ltd property.
2. If clients do not take delivery of goods after the appointed delivery time, an official notice of reminding delivery will be sent to clients by email.
1) After one month, Guangdong Grace Kitchen Equipment Co., Ltd will start to charge an additional warehouse fee ($5/m³ per day) for the order.
2) After two months, Guangdong Grace Kitchen Equipment Co., Ltd will start to sell the goods to other clients.
3) If Guangdong Grace Kitchen Equipment Co., Ltd get your balance payment in the coming two months, Grace company will reorganize delivery time and arrange production
for you.
4) After four months, Guangdong Grace Kitchen Equipment Co., Ltd will sell all products and confiscating deposit.
