    Commitment Letter

    We, ASIA RENEWABLE ENERGY SDN BHD, represented by DAVID WONG YOU KING, Managing Director,
    with office at WISMA SIN HEAP LEE, LEVEL 12 346, JALAN TUN RAZAK, 50400 KUALA LUMPUR,
    hereby irrevocably declare that we are financially, operationally and logistically ready to execute and
    do the transaction intended and obligations as your exit/ co-buyer under our Oil Trading business
    partnership to purchase the product EN590 10PPM (ULSD).
    We hereby authorize Acsss Consultant Pte. Ltd., Registration No: 202337688E represented by Chong
    Meng Cheng, Managing Director , to use for submission our POF, CPA and other relevant documents
    and certificates that Seller might require for dealing with this transaction. With your expertise and
    commitment to us to source, negotiate the terms and conditions, a good reliable genuine supplier
    for the said product with an acceptable price that is beneficial to both parties. We are giving our full
    support and guarantee to honour to take the product with any quantity ranging from 100,000 MT to
    500,000 MT in tranches or case by case for the trial delivery ensuring with proper documentations
    and agreed laycan period by all parties.
    This Letter as commitment shall remain in effect and valid from the date issued up to (6) Six Calendar
    Months.
    After the aforesaid date of validity, our obligation hereunder shall automatically cease, and your
    rights hereunder shall be extinguished, and this guarantee shall be null and void not withstanding
    that this commitment is not returned to us for cancellation and submitted to us in writing on or
    before the validity expiry date.
