    PROJECT DESIGN

    Proponent: Clean and Green Program at Pathway Purok 4 Dagotdotan, San


    Lorenzo Ruiz, Camarines Norte

    Rationale:

    The Clean and Green Program is a government initiative to create the


    cleanest and greenest environment possible. It specifically targets areas with
    improper waste disposal by collecting discarded garbage, picking up litter,
    trimming excessive plants and vegetative weeds along provincial roads,
    and pathways, and repainting the waiting shed at Purok 5 Dagotdotan, San
    Lorenzo Ruiz, Camarines Norte. Hence, this effort should involve people or the
    community and include a pay-for-work system.

    Objectives:

     To have a cleanest and greenest environment


     To actively encourage people in the community to do their part as a
    citizenry of the barangay.
     To eradicate waste by collecting garbage or lifting litter to minimize the
    flood.
     Trimming and cutting of excessive plants, and vegetative weeds.
     Repainting of waiting shed Purok 5
     To give a small amount as a result of their work.

    Date and Venue: Purok 5 Dagotdotan, San Lorenzo Ruiz, Camarines Norte.

    Budgetary Requirements:

    3 Person x 500 x 4 days = Php 6,000,00

    Total Php 6,000.00

    The amount of Six Thousand Pesos Only (Php 6,000.00) shall be


    chargeable against the 20% Development Fund of barangay Dagotdotan and
    subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
