    Dear parent

    WRT Deepotsav circular sent on 18 October 2024, kindly note


    the following instructions:

     Students must wear Indian traditional attire, suitable for


    the occasion.
     Students need to register at the registration desk in the
    quadrangle.
     Unlimited, delectable food stalls have been arranged for
    everyone
     8 game coupons will be handed over to your ward by the
    class teacher.
     Entry is from gate no.2 (canteen gate only)
     Students will be dispersed at 6:00 pm sharp from the
    following gates:
    Grade 3 and 4 – gate no. 2 (canteen gate)

    Grade 5 – gate no. 3 (pre -primary gate)

     Kindly adhere to the timings to ensure smooth functioning


    of the event.
     To avoid traffic snarl, parents are requested to car pool/
    use public transport to drop and pick their wards as
    School transport will not ply for the event.
     Teachers will assist the students.
     Regular classes are suspended on Tuesday, 29th
    October. Students report at 3:30 pm for Deepotsav on
    this day.
     On Wednesday, 30th October: Regular classes for
    the students of grade III to V will be held. Timings:
    8:15 am to 2:05 pm. School buses will ply.
     All post school activities will remain suspended
    from 29th October to 3rd November due to the
    Deepotsav celebration followed by Deepavali
    vacation. It will resume from Monday, 4th November,
    2024.
