B. Analysis With the game, “Guess me” the teacher will ask the pupils if they have now
the idea with regards to the topic and then introduced it to them.

b. Wooden Spoon(s)
is generally used in those recipes that require vigorous
mixing and stirring, especially thick, sturdy or heavy mixtures.
These mixtures are the ones that are quite robust and don't
mind some strong mixing.
c. Rubber Spatula/Scraper
to stir and scrape the sticky and wet materials out of the mixing
bowls. These spatulas help mix the dough, scrape stuck parts
out of pans, and fold hot omelets, among other things. Rubber
and silicone spatulas are frequently used as scrapers.
d. Whisk
re used to blend ingredients together quickly or to incorporate air
into ingredients such as egg whites or heavy cream in order to
increase the volume of the mixture.
e. Rolling Pin
are best used to roll out different kinds of dough such as
cinnamon rolls, pizza, cookie dough, etc. It can also be used to
roll out puff pastry and scones. It ensures that the dough is
evenly fattened to prevent inconsistent baking or even burning.
f. Fine-Mesh Sieve
are endlessly versatile. You can use them for a variety of tasks,
including sifting flour, scattering cocoa powder to finish a cake,
straining small amounts of pasta, rinsing rice, and straining a
variety of liquids.
g. Rectangular Baking Pan

are used to hold runny batters, such as cake batter and thick
solid masses of food, such as savory hot dish recipes. The
foods are placed in the pan and the baked in the oven. Baking
pans are available in a variety of sizes, materials, surface
textures, and colors.
h. Parchment Paper
help cakes and cookies bake more evenly, the non-stick quality
also helps prevent them from cracking or breaking when lifting
them off the sheet. Spreading a sheet over your pan before you
start baking will make cleanup much easier and prevent your
baked goods from sticking to the pan.
D. Application The teacher will choose 5 students to answer what baking tools is it. Each
student will be given a picture of baking tools. The student must identify what
baking tool is that and explain its uses.
IV. Assessment The teacher will show the pictures of baking tools and the students will
identify what baking tools is it.
