ARTICLE 2: PRODUCT QUALITY SPECIFICATIONS
2.1 Party B is responsible for advising Party A on product quality standards,

quarantine requirements, packaging, and sampling for product offerings from the
production or processing stages.
2.2 Party A must provide Party B with necessary documentation on specifications,
quality, and samples for product offering.
2.3 Party A is responsible for the quality and quantity of goods within the packaging,
as per their initial offering.
ARTICLE 3: OWNERSHIP OF EXPORTED GOODS
3.1 Goods entrusted for export remain the property of Party A until ownership is
transferred to the foreign buyer. Party B does not gain ownership at any stage.
3.2 Party B must facilitate Party A’s involvement in negotiations and transactions with
foreign buyers regarding their goods.
3.3 Party A guarantees that the goods entrusted for export will not be transferred or
pledged to others without Party B’s consent.
ARTICLE 4: TRANSPORTATION AND EXPORT TRANSACTION OF

ENTRUSTED GOODS
4.1 Party A must deliver goods to the designated location and on the specified date.
4.2 Party B is responsible for conducting export transactions within [number] days. If
unsuccessful, Party B must notify Party A promptly for further handling.
4.3 Party B shall seek favorable export terms for Party A regarding price and payment.
ARTICLE 5: SALES PROCEEDS
5.1 Party B must ensure that necessary documentation is provided to the bank to
facilitate Party A’s receipt of foreign currency.

5.2 Party A has the right to use the foreign currency in accordance with state
regulations, while Party B holds no ownership.
ARTICLE 6: RISK MANAGEMENT
Party A bears the risks during the entrusted export if Party B demonstrates that it has
fulfilled its obligations and sought compensation from the third party responsible.
ARTICLE 7: PAYMENT OF ENTRUSTMENT FEES
7.1 Party A will pay Party B an entrustment fee according to state regulations.

ARTICLE 8: RESPONSIBILITIES OF PARTIES
