    Dear Ma’am Salazar:

    We are students from the College of Computing and Information Sciences of Caraga State University,
    currently enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in Computer Science program. As part of our Software
    Engineering II course, we are tasked with designing and implementing a software application for a
    specific organization.

    For our project, we have selected the Fleet Management of City Hall as our focus. We recognize the
    essential role that fleet management plays in the smooth operation of City Hall's services, and we
    believe that our proposed system can significantly enhance the efficiency of your operations.

    Our project involves developing a Driver's Daily Itinerary Log sheet application. This app aims to
    automate the log sheet process currently used by your drivers. By digitizing this process, we hope to
    streamline data entry, reduce errors, and improve overall operational efficiency. The key features of
    the application will include:

    • Automated Logging: Drivers can log their daily itineraries directly into the app, including
    details such as the date, odometer readings at the start and end of their journey, destinations,
    and departure and arrival times.
    • Time Tracking: The app will automatically record departure and arrival times based on the
    odometer readings inputted by the drivers, reducing the need for manual entries and
    minimizing the likelihood of errors.
    • User-Friendly Interface: The app will be designed to be simple and intuitive, ensuring that
    drivers can easily record their logs with minimal training.

    We believe that this project will not only meet the academic requirements of our course but also
    provide a valuable tool to your department, helping to optimize the management of your operations.
