Our goal is to ensure the continuous and secure operation of your mobile banking services. Scope of Work 1. Mobile App Maintenance: Regular Updates: Implementation of updates to improve functionality and user experience. Bug Fixes: Prompt resolution of any issues or bugs reported by users. Performance Optimization: Continuous monitoring and optimization for better performance. Feature Enhancements: Integration of new features based on user feedback and market trends. User Support: Ongoing support to address user queries and issues. 2. Cyber Security Maintenance: Vulnerability Assessments: Regular scanning and assessment of the bank's digital infrastructure. Threat Intelligence: Continuous monitoring and analysis of potential threats. Incident Response: Swift action and remediation in case of security breaches Compliance: Ensuring all security measures comply with industry standards and regulations. Training: Cybersecurity awareness training for bank employees. Project Timeline Phase 1: Initial Setup (1 month) Month 1: Comprehensive assessment and planning for both mobile app and cybersecurity maintenance Phase 2: Ongoing Maintenance (11 months) Continuous: Mobile app updates, bug fixes, performance optimization, vulnerabilt assessments, threat intelligence, incident response, compliance checks, and training Cost Breakdown Total Cost for 1 Year: N339,721,444.09 This cost includes mobile app maintenance and 1 year of cybersecurity maintenance. Renewal Terms The contract is renewable annually upon mutual agreement.
