When someone calls his brother a

disbeliever, one of them becomes a
disbeliever. (Bukhari)

And in the explanation of Al-Fiqh Al-Akbar by Mulla Ali Al-Qari (then he said, and from it is what was narrated on the authority of
Abu‫ي‬Muti’‫ي‬Al-Balkhi that he asked Abu Hanifa, may Allah have‫ي‬mercy‫ي‬on‫ي‬him,‫ي‬about‫ي‬someone‫ي‬who‫ي‬said,‫“ي‬I‫ي‬do‫ي‬not‫ي‬know‫ي‬whether‫ي‬my‫ي‬
Lord‫ي‬is‫ي‬in‫ي‬heaven‫ي‬or‫ي‬on‫ي‬earth.”‫ي‬He‫ي‬said,‫“ي‬He‫ي‬has‫ي‬disbelieved‫ي‬because‫ي‬Allah Almighty‫ي‬says,‫‘ي‬The‫ي‬Most‫ي‬Gracious‫ي‬is‫ي‬established‫ي‬upon‫ي‬the‫ي‬
Throne,’‫ي‬and‫ي‬His‫ي‬Throne‫ي‬is‫ي‬above.”‫ي‬Seven‫ي‬heavens.‫ي‬I‫ي‬said,‫ي‬if‫ي‬he‫ي‬says‫ي‬that‫ي‬he‫ي‬is‫ي‬on‫ي‬the‫ي‬throne,‫ي‬and‫ي‬I‫ي‬do‫ي‬not‫ي‬know‫ي‬whether‫ي‬the‫ي‬throne is
in the heavens or on the earth, he will say that he is an infidel because he denies that he is in the heavens. Whoever denies that he is
in the heavens has disbelieved because Allah Almighty is on the highest of the heavens and he is called from above, not from below.
