     IVF motility, volume, viscosity, liquefaction)
     ICSI  Analyse Dna fragmentation index as a measure of sperm quality and fertility potential in
     Cryopreservation human gametes
    . Semen Analysis&Semen Freezing
     Ovum Pick-up
     Analyse the morphology of semen following the diff-quick staining method.
     Dish Preparation
     Denudation  Monitoring cryotanks (for both Semen& Embryo)and keeping record from time to time.
     Insemination
     Embryo transfer  Ensure semen preparation using double density gradient for intrauterine insemination
     Dna fragmentation index  Prepare Semen of OPU patients using the double density gradient and adjusting the density
     Andrology gradients accordingly if the sample has low volume or low concentration and motility.
     TESA Sample Evaluation  Ensure to pipette out ovum from the follicular fluid and then keep it in the culture media
     Sperm Bank Maintenance after following the basic steps of washing
     Embryo Culture & Development
     Fill Petri plates, centre well with culture media and oil, before the start of ovum pick up and
     Quality Control & Assurance
    transfer of the embryo.
    KEY SKILLS  Responsible for denudation from fertilized oocytes on Day 1 of the procedure and transferring
    them in a changeover dish.
     Adding highly motile sperms after semen preparation to the oocytes for fertilization to take
