Time Policy
The Core Philosophy of the policy is that a healthy and rested body and mind can be
more efficient and effective at the work place. Though the intention of the policy is to
limit the number of extended work hours that a team member puts in, the completion
of tasks allotted based on the needs of the business will always be first priority.
D. Scope of Coverage
The above policy covers team members staying within the company premises, company
allocated accommodation, personal accommodation, remote locations, Head Office and
locational offices. This does not apply for factory or plant personnel, shop or outlet
personnel or specific roles that require extended work hours (which is documented in
the Job Description) or whose timings are governed by the shifts that they operate in
and the laws of the land and the local customs.
2. The number of hours to be clocked in is 9 hours on-site of in the office, Work from
Home, Including lunch hours.
3. The company encourages that tasks be completed within the specified timing every
day and hence does not encourage nor approve of any payment or compensation for
Over-time.
F. Late Coming
3. Understanding that certain business exigencies may need extra man-hours of work
for completion or excellence, any team member may work for a maximum of 5 hours
per week over and above his official work timings.
4. 1 Hour is relaxation time for employees on every month for their personal work. They
Can go early or can play any activity at office.
G. Exceptions

All conflicts that may arise during the course of implementation of the policy has to be
escalated to the Divisional Head and communicated to the HR. The decision of the
Divisional Head is final and supercedes all other decisions and is binding on all
concerned part
