TRAVELOUGE

(A TRIP TO BANGALORE)

One fine evening, the cab dropped us on our booked hotel after travelling in
a flight from Dehradun to Bangalore I was glad to have reached fast. I have
been travelling in places of South India but exploring Bengaluru formerly
Bangalore, is special. There are various ways to reach Bengaluru either take a
direct flight from Dehradun or drive to Delhi and board a flight for Bangalore.
I recommend you to take flight as it always leaves you fresh enough to
continue your journey. On my journey to the hotel, I spotted cabs every
minute or two rushing in hurry. Hotels here are quite extensive to average
ones according to your budget. One of the noted averages was Signature Inn.
Walking through the streets of Bangalore can commonly see IT sectors and is
the homeland of such companies and offices. While trying to communicate to
people I found that they were quite welcoming and friendly, language barrier
was quite a problem though Bangalore is a city of mixed cultures and I got to
know that locals eat food cooked with rock salt not common salt. Anyone
who comes here should use public transport as roads are filled with vehicles.
From a tea to cab bill, you should not want a change because all costs are
round off. Traffic police is very common so speed driving can easily cost you
fine. Besides spotting commerce offices one can also spot headquarters of
companies and is quite famous for aerospace institutes. I visited some
famous tourist attractions here. Notable ones being Lal Bagh and its gardens.
Some inhabited species, big cats and other animals reside in the
Bannerghatta National Park. To define its historical evidence the Bangalore
Palace stands with excellent architecture and designs. Religiously, Bangalore
is a godly city which has temples such as Shiva Temple, The Bull Temple and
ISKCON temple. Locals here often wear cotton clothes because of its hot
weather. In the Bazaars of Bengaluru lie small shops where sandalwood
products and silk sarees are a must to take home. The famous Church Street
is lined up with shops selling clothes and gifts. Indeed, Bengaluru is an IT hub
and cultural place with diversity where my heart stayed for ever.
