give an impetus to the newly-forming
Indian economy, changed the life
of Joseph D’Souza, the founder of
Osworld Scientific Equipments Pvt.
Ltd. That was in the year 1952. Joseph
was just 22-years old. With a pat on his
back, the Prime Minister told him to
start his own company. He saw a spring
in the stride of the sprightly young lad!
That statement made Joseph stand six
inches taller, and he has never looked
back since then.

Today, the 52-year-old company, which

has two directors in his sons, Osbert
D’Souza and Oswin D’Souza, boasts
of satisfied clientele worldwide. The
company follows the ISO system
rigidly. Customer complaints are treated
on priority. New technology is made
available from time to time.

does not deter the men at the helm.
