    I, RODEL D. FRANCISCO, of legal age, Filipino, with residence at postal address at 28 Mulawin Street
    Panghulo Malabon City Philippines, do hereby appoint, name and constitute

    any and all of the purposes for which this authority is hereby given;

    perform any and every act, and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the
