Dynamic error coefficients

 Static error constants does not give information about steady state errors when the inputs are
other than step, ramp or parabolic.
 It does not give the information how the error varies with time.
 Dynamic error coefficients provide a simple way of estimating the error signal to arbitrary inputs
and steady state error without solving the differential equation.

The error function is given by
