Every medical professional and medical practice needs to keep accurate medical records. This is not
only vital for the provision of good patient care, but necessary for the protection of the medical
practitioner as well.

DOPs (Direct Observation of Procedural Skills) is designed to provide feedback on procedural skills
essential to the provision of good clinical care. Trainees will be asked to undertake four to six observed
