ABOUT ME
I am graduated in textile engineering with having a basic understanding of textile manufacturing principles and also I
have acquired excellent skills on problem solving, strategic planning, leadership and time management during my 4
months of industrial internship and current job. Ability to continuously improve oneself and quickly adapt to new tasks
is excellent.I have always interested about improving people's lives, sustainable environmental management and
pollution prevention, optimizing material resources for greater efficiency, automating production processes and
contributing management skills through logical approaches.
WORK EXPERIENCE
My role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of a garment factory by managing the entire production process
from development to post-production. I collaborate with designers and suppliers to meet client requirements while
accurately costing garments to maintain profitability. I handle customer orders, oversee sample development, and
coordinate production to meet quality and delivery standards. Additionally, I manage supply chains, inventory, and
communication with clients, ensuring timely updates and resolving any issues that arise. Finally, I oversee the packing,
shipping, and documentation of finished garments to ensure a seamless delivery process.

I did a project focused on reducing fabric defects on a stenter machine. Through this activity I learned problem solving
skills and how to pay attention to details to find a solution to a problem.I gained a lot of insight from an experienced
factory worker working with professionals to check my project quality that ensure it conformed to industry production
standards.
