Dear Khairul,
How are you? Hope you are fine. I heard from dad that you are going to participate in
the Mountain Bike Race in a fortnight’s time. It is good that you have the courage to join an
adventure sport that you like doing.
Since the race is just around the corner, I would like to advise you to be physically fit.
You must start training from now. Before you start, you must always do warm-up exercises to
prepare your body for the training. You must do this for at least ten minutes. Make sure you
wear protective gear to prevent any injury while doing the activity. Remember that prevention
is better than cure.
If you are tired, take a break before you continue with the training. Make sure you drink
enough water to prevent dehydration. You must always exercise, eat a balanced diet, and
train to make sure you remain.

Our school is organizing a recycling campaign on 15 July 2020. The programme will start at 8.00

bin Hassan, will give his opening speech at the beginning of the event.
Level 2 pupils will do the recyclable items collection near the school hall. Those who are interested

to the recycling booths to donate their things.
There will be a drama show about the importance of recycling too. This drama will be presented

recyclable materials.

Dear Sarah,
It was great to hear from you and thanks for telling me about the heroes of our country.
Actually biographies are not my cup of tea. I prefer to read adventure stories because they are
exciting.
Recently, I read a storybook entitled ‘The Three Investigators’. It was written by Camelia John
based on the real-life adventures. This is an award-winning series which has captivated thousands
of readers. ‘The Three Investigators’ took place in 1992 and introduces us Jack, Jackleen, and
Jacobs, who lived with their families in a small town in California. All the three children were
classmates too.
One day, they lost their best friend, Mellissa, when they were doing jungle trekking. Mellissa
had been kidnapped by the gold burglars who were hiding in the jungle. Jack, Jackleen, and
Jacobs tried to figure out the hidden place of the burglars. They managed to find Mellissa with
the help of the police. This story was really mind-captivating as the three investigators had to
overcome a lot of obstacles in order to save their friend. There was a lot of suspense given to
arouse the readers’ curiosity.
I really enjoy reading the story. Hope you can read this book too. That’s all for now. Bye and
