    2. To endorse any checks in my name;

    3. To encash any checks issued under my name by the Home


    Development Mutual Fund as a result of the Home Loan.

    4. To execute any documents necessary to facilitate the encashment


    of the checks;

    5. GIVING AND GRANTING unto our ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full power


    and authority to do and perform all and every act and deed
    whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the
    premises, as fully as to all intents and purposes as we may could
    lawfully do if personally present with all the power of substitution or
    revocation and hereby RATIFYING and CONFIRMING all that our
    ATTORNEY-IN-FACT shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and
    by virtue of these presents.
