    EMPLOYEE CRIMINAL RECORD.

    No personnel employed by the Contractor and


    providing the services herein shall have a criminal conviction record or pending
    criminal trial for bribery, fraud, receiving stolen property, robbery, embezzlement,
    theft or forgery, unless such record has been disclosed and employment of the
    employee for this service has been approved in writing by the County.
