Job specifications & Key performance Indicators Specific key areas / Scope of the job Key performance indicators 1 Research & Report Creation – 10% 1. Design & Develop Energy Communication • Prepare 10 - 12 energy audit reports Newsletter/Stakeholder communication • Conduct SME sector energy efficiency analysis 2. Conduct Energy Efficiency survey of Industry 3. Preparing Energy Survey & Audit reports 4. Write articles on Energy Management 2 Policy Development & Advocacy – 10% 1. Strengthen & Coordination with CII - Energy • Regularly add new database on audited and target Management Council (CII - EMC) industry 2. Liaison with various stakeholders including • Develop resource booklets on two numbers Energy Government, Institutions, Industry on developing efficient technology policy framework for addressing energy in India 3. Development and analysis of best energy management practices and benchmarking study on energy management 3 Advisory & Training – 50% • Identify 20 - 25 companies for the energy Audit/Net Zero 1. Execute energy audits/Environment Sustainability & • Conduct 10 - 15 annual training courses on energy/Net Net Zero Advisory for SMEs Zero 2. Marketing & scaling up energy Audit Services • Design & develop 2 new modules on energy/Net Zero 3. Carrying detailed energy audit • Coordinate CII - Thapar joint course on Energy 4. Design & develop new modules on energy efficiency Management & Environment Sustainability 5. CII - Educational Institute Courses 4. Consultative Special Projects – 10% • Design 1 – 2 projects on energy Management/Net Zero for 1. Develop concept note on Energy Projects SMEs/Sustainability for SME sector 2. Identifying National & International agencies w.r.t to Energy & Resource Efficiency 5. Event Management – 20% 1. Organise Energy/Sustainability Training Courses • 10 – 15 workshop/training courses 2. Organise Energy Competition & Conferences • 1 Conference on energy/Net Zero • 1 competition on energy management 3. Deliver training courses on Energy Management
Qualifications Key Skills / Attributes Required
Educational Experience: Must Have Skills – Team Player, Good Communication
• BE / BTech - Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical; and Networking Skills, Effective Coordination Skills, • M Tech in Energy/Environment/Chemical Process Interpersonal Skills, Learning Agility, Ethical, Disciplined etc. and Trustworthy Desired Skills – Work Experience: • Writing and Communication Skills 8-12 Years • Proficiency in MS Office applications • Ability to analysis of problem is essential • Use of MS teams, Webex, and Zoom • Knowledge of Energy Audit Processes & techniques • Ability to present information in a clear. • Hands on experience in developing project concept • Punctual with adherence to deadlines notes, implementing best practices and training programs • Experience in implementing course design and content.
