Simrat (nutrition plan)

• Pre workout (20min before) -1cup black coffe☕ with banana/Apple

OR

Empty stomach

• Breakfast- 1 bowl of oats with skim milk/ 2 brown bread/ 1 bowl poha / 1 bowl rice🍚/ 1 bowl dalia/
khichadi/+ 4 egg whites+1whole egg + 1tab multivitamin

• Lunch- 2 chapatis / half plate rice🍚 + sabzi (soya chunks, kidney beans, chhole, palak paneer)+ 1bowl
of curd + green salad 🥗

• Evening snack- 1 cup of tea 🍵 / coffee ☕ + dry fruits

• Dinner- 2 chapatis + 1bowl daal + 5 egg whites+ green salad 🥗

• Before bed - 1cup of skim milk 🥛 + 10almonds/ walnuts

☐ NOTE

• avoid packed juices

• drink 3-4ltr water daily

• sleep 7-8 hours

• stress less

• count your steps 10k daily
