    At present NPA outstanding amount of Rs. 24.75 Lakhs in 10 accounts, advised to provide
    a detailed explanation as to why these accounts have not been upgraded despite being
    with the branch for over a year.

    Additionally, advised to provide specific dates and details of meetings held with borrowers,
    along with their responses. Clearly mention the actions taken beyond these meetings and
    specify the dates on which these accounts can be upgraded.

    Furthermore, explore the possibility of OTS as per the bank's approved guidelines for
    compromise. Present a comprehensive schedule for meeting the borrowers and mention
    the specific steps that will be taken to resolve these accounts.
