    ◦ Responsible for initiating Value Analysis/ Value Engineering (VAVE) projects by assessing materials, processes
    and or products and offering alternatives for Truck-Bus Radial (TBR) tyres globally for 3 plants (2 in Asia;1 in
    Europe)
    ◦ Developed prototype tyre specifications for over 25 new products from 2019 with a timeline adherence of 95%
    ◦ Project lead in implementation of waterless vulcanization of tyres which is a greener alternative (80% lesser
    steam consumption and 18% cycle time reduction) compared to the current steam-water-system
    ◦ Responsible for patent study, freedom to operate (FTO) analysis and prototype proving of 4 new technology
    projects in FY 2021-22
    ◦ Featured in the R&D Wall of Fame (WOF) for development of new product for Indian Army in record time with
    100% marketable yield.
    ◦ Rated as exceeding (Highest grade) in the year end employee performance review for 2020-2021 for achieving
    set objectives by 95% and for going the extra mile by initiating many exciting projects

    Study on Effect of Epoxidised Natural Rubber on NR Vulcanizates ( )

    ◦ The study was undertaken to investigate the effect of Epoxidised Natural Rubber(ENR) on NR, blending it in
    various compositions
    ◦ Various dosages of ENR were incorporated into NR and their effects on the cure characteristics and mechanical
    properties of silica-filled NR were studied.
    ◦ The tensile strength, modulus, elongation at break, tear strength, hardness, rebound resilience and
    compression set were studied and plotted against dosage levels which could be used as reference for product
    development with ENR
    ◦ Awarded with A grade (Highest) for successful completion and presentation of the study
