GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I hereby agree and confirm:

1) That I am applying for a finance facility from Bajaj Finance Ltd ("BFL") as stated in this Application Form.

2) That all the particulars, information and details provided in this Application Form and the documents submitted by me are
correct, complete and up-to-date in all respects and that I have not withheld any material information. I would keep BFL
updated of any change in the information provided by me, specifically KYC details, Bank details, etc. and in case any of th
above information is found to be false or untrue or misleading or misrepresenting, I am aware that I may be held liable for
and I will not hold BFL liable for any consequences that may arise owing to any delay/lapse on the my part.

3) To submit and execute any/all documents, in such form and manner as may be required by BFL in relation to this Applicat
Form and/or related products.

4) Authentication/Acceptance: The mode of authentication/acceptance may be done by me through any one of the following
modes, namely:

(a) Physical execution: The documentation will be signed by me in person and the same shall be relied and acted as my explic
written instruction by BFL.

(b) Electronic authentication: By checking the 'I Agree' button at the end of the Application Form and by submitting the one-ti
password (“OTP”) sent by Bajaj Finance Ltd (“BFL”), or authentication/execution by any other electronic mode, I confirm
acceptance on the Application Form, Most Important Terms and Conditions(“MITC) and Master Terms and Conditions
(Master Terms) in relation to the Loan through electronic means and the same shall be relied and acted upon by BFL.

5) That, (i) I am at least 18 years of age, (ii) can understand, read and write in the English language, (iii) have read and
understood the Application Form, and Master Terms and Conditions in relation to the Loan and (iv) agree to be bound by t
same

6) CKYC Consent –

(a) I hereby authorize BFL to verify/check/obtain/download/upload/update my KYC details from/with the Central KYC
Registry(CERSAI): (i) by verifying such details through the CKYC number (i.e. KYC Identifier Number- KIN) provided b
me or (ii) by obtaining such CKYC number/KIN, through details shared by me for this Application Form.

(b) I hereby consent for receiving information from Central KYC Registry through SMS/Email on the above registered
number/email address.

7) That no insolvency proceedings or suits for recovery of outstanding dues, monies or property (ies) and/or any criminal
proceedings have been initiated and/or are pending against me.

8) I have not received any request for or made any payment in cash, bearers cheques or of any other kind in connection with t
Application Form from/to any person.

9) BFL to use and/or share all information and details as provided by me in this Application Form or information/details prov
from time to time with any third party including but not limited to its group companies, financial institutions, credit bureau
Credit Information Companies (‘CIC’), Central KYC Registry (CERSAI), business partners, RBL Bank, etc. for customer
diligence, credit rating, marketing or promotion of BFL products and services or related products or that of its associates, th
party and affiliates or for /enforcement of any obligations and shall not hold BFL (or any of its group companies or its/ thei
agents/representatives) liable for the use/sharing of the information as stated above. Further, for the purpose of this Applica
Form, I authorize BFL to seek/obtain any other information, relating to me, from any third party.

10) In the event I apply for Bajaj Finserv EMI Network Card, I hereby consent to and authorize BFL to increase or decrease th
credit limit assigned to me basis BFL's internal credit policy and criteria at its sole discretion from time to time. I will not r
any objection or dispute with regard to the same at any point of time.

11) Continue to keep in my safe custody all of my account / card related details, including the login id and password/PIN issue
BFL and/or reset by me (“Credentials”), as confidential and not to share the same with any third party. Any use or misuse o
the Credentials including the transactions carried out using the Credentials shall be my sole responsibility.

12) By submitting this application, I hereby expressly authorize BFL, its group companies, affiliates and/or business associates
their respective representatives to send me communications regarding loans, insurance and their respective products and/or
services (collectively “Other Products”) through telephone calls/SMSs/emails/post/bitly/bots or any other electronic mode
including but not limited to promotional communications. I understand that I can at any time opt not to receive any
telecommunication.

13) That BFL has the absolute discretion, to accept or reject this Loan application, as it may be deemed fit by BFL at any time,
either before or after verification.

14) I hereby expressly consent for taking my photo/video evidencing the conduct of loan transaction by me and that such
photo/video is unconditionally agreed to be stored and preserved for a period of at least five (5) years or otherwise from the
date of closure of the loan and/or as the law/regulations may so mandate, whichever is higher.

15) BFL is not an issuer/provider of the products purchased/services availed by the Customer on the loan availed from BFL.
Accordingly, BFL shall not be responsible for the quality or any assurances and/or representations made in relation to such
products/services provided by third parties. BFL shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or no-delivery of product and/
with respect to the quantity, quality, conditions, fitness, suitability or otherwise whatsoever of the product.

16) That this Application Form, its contents and information/details provided by me, from time to time, as part of this applicati
may be submitted to:

(a) BFL, its subsidiaries and affiliates of BFL, any service provider/third party/ legal entity with whom BFL may have busines
relationship and/or in reference to rendering services in connection with the product(s) availed by me.

(b) To any Regulator, Court, Law enforcement agency, Quasi-Judicial authority etc. on a need basis.

17) CIBIL Specific Consent – In connection with submission of the application for receiving my credit information offered by
TransUnion CIBIL Limited (TU CIBIL) (“Product”) through Bajaj Finance Limited (referred to as the “Agent”), I hereby
acknowledge and agree to the following:

(a) The Agent is my lawfully appointed agent and he / it has agreed to be my agent for the purposes, including, without limitat
to receive the Product from TU CIBIL on my behalf and use it in the manner consistent with the end-use policy of my Age
(“Agent’s End Use Policy”) or the understanding between me and my Agent (“Terms of Understanding”), as the case may
and the Agent has granted its consent for being appointed for the aforesaid purpose.

(b) I grant my unconditional consent to the Agent to receive the Product from TU CIBIL on my behalf and use it in the manne
consistent with the Agent’s End Use Policy or the Terms of Understanding, as the case may be, and the Agent has granted
consent for being appointed for the aforesaid purpose. I hereby represent and acknowledge that: (a) I have carefully read th
terms and conditions of the Agent’s End Use Policy and understood the same; or (b) the Terms of Understanding in relation
the use of the Product has been agreed between me and my Agent.

(c) I hereby expressly grant unconditional consent to, and direct, TU CIBIL to deliver the Product to the Agent on my behalf.

(d) I shall not hold TU CIBIL responsible or liable for any loss, claim, liability, or damage of any kind resulting from, arising o
of, or in any way related to: (a) delivery of the Product to the Agent; (b) any use, modification or disclosure by the Agent o
the contents, in whole or in part, of the Product, whether authorized or not; (c) any breach of confidentiality or privacy in
relation to delivery of the Product to the Agent; (d) for any use made by the Agent which is contrary to the Agent’s End Us
Policy or Terms of Understanding or otherwise.

(e) I acknowledge and accept that: (a) TU CIBIL has not made any promises or representations to me in order to induce me to
provide the Product Request or seek any consent or authorization in this regard; and (b) the implementation of the Agent’s
Use Policy or Terms of Understanding is solely the responsibility of the Agent.

(f) I agree that I may be required to record my consent / provide instructions electronically and in all such cases I understand t
by clicking on the “Proceed” or similar button or entering the one-time password received on the mobile number provided
me, I am providing "written instructions" to Agent authorizing Agent to obtain my Consumer Credit Information from my
personal credit profile from TransUnion CIBIL LIMITED, [formerly known as Credit Information Bureau (India) Limited]
further authorize Agent to obtain such information solely to confirm my identity and deliver Product to me and for use as p
the Terms of Understanding. Further in all such cases, by clicking on “Proceed” button, I confirm my authorization for TU

(g) I understand that in order to deliver the Product to me, I hereby authorize Agent, to obtain my Consumer Credit Informatio
from TU CIBIL.

(h) By clicking on “Proceed” button, I understand that I am providing express written instructions for Agent to request and rec
information about me from third parties, including but not limited to a copy of my consumer credit report and score from
consumer reporting agencies, at any time for so long as I have an active Agent account. I further authorize Agent to retain
copy of my information for use in accordance with Agent’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

(i) I UNDERSTAND THAT THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS”, “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS AND TU CIBIL
EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNE
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

(j) I shall not sue or otherwise make or present any demand or claim, and I irrevocably, unconditionally and entirely release,
waive and forever discharge TU CIBIL, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, affiliates, successors and assig
jointly and individually (hereinafter “Releasee”), from any and all manner of liabilities, claims, demands, losses, claims, su
costs and expenses (including court costs and reasonable attorney fees) (“Losses”), whatsoever, in law or equity, whether
known or unknown, which I ever had, now have, or in the future may have against the Releasee with respect to the submis
of the Product Request and / or my decision to provide TU CIBIL with the authority to deliver the Product to the Agent. I
agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Releasee from and against any and all Losses resulting from claims mad
against TU CIBIL by third parties arising from and in connection with this letter.

LOAN TERM SHEET

I hereby agree, acknowledge and agree as under:

1) The Loan is granted for buying products/value added services/extended warranty/insurance or any other general purpose
except for any speculative activities (“Product(s)”). The amount will be disbursed to company/entity who is providing the
products/services for which the loan is being availed to buy such products/services.

2) BFL may at its sole and absolute discretion, without assigning any reasons, accept or reject the Loan request.

3) The loan availed shall be governed by Master Terms and Conditions, prescribed by Bajaj Finance Limited (“BFL”) and
available on website: https://www.bajajfinserv.in/consumer-durables_master_t-and-c_english.pdf (“Master Terms”)

4) I authorize BFL to procure my CIBIL report, share it with me and recover from me Rs. 36 (including applicable taxes) for

5) All the particulars, information and details provided by me for availing the loan is true, correct and up to date in all respect
I shall keep the BFL immediately updated of any change in the information provided. BFL is entitled to verify this directly
through any third-party agent.

6) I authorizes BFL to use my existing KYC details and I acknowledge that in case of any changes in registered KYC, same
needs to be updated to BFL.

7) You shall repay the loan repaid in Equated Monthly Installments (“EMI”) on or before due date till discharge of the entire l
amount with interest & charges as specified herein by BFL with respect to Loan and as more specifically detailed above wh
are also available on https://www.bajajfinserv.in/all-fees-and-charges. The fee and/or charges and Terms and Conditions ar
subject to changes at sole discretion of BFL, however such changes shall be made applicable prospectively..

8) If the EMI due date in respect of any amounts payable in respect of the loan falls on a day which is not a Business Day, the
immediately preceding Business Day shall be the EMI due date for such payment.

9) The company will earn interest/commission from manufacture/dealer/third party service provider, on the Product(s) availed
the customer which enables the company to offer interest free loan to such customer for purchase/payment of Product(s). T
upfront interest/additional upfront interest paid by the manufacturer/dealer/third party service provider, is not refundable. I
case the tenor of said loan is extended for whatever reasons including due to my request for moratorium, I shall pay the int
at the rate of 24% per annum on the revised equated monthly installments due and payable by me, as may be communicate
BFL

10) In case of cancelation and surrender of insurance policy/value added services/extended warranty and/or on death of the
customer, BFL shall have the right to appropriate insurance claim paid thereunder or pursuant to cancellation or the surrend
value of the insurance policy/value added services/extended warranty towards the Outstanding Dues of any loan(s) availed
from BFL. If there is any surplus leftover, it shall be paid to the Customer. If there is any deficit, then the Customer shall b
liable to pay entire deficit forthwith.

11) The NACH mandate given by Customer in favour of BFL can be used to recover all Outstanding Amount including fees,
penalties, cost and other applicable charges in connection with any Loan availed by the Customer from BFL. Customer sha
forthwith issue fresh Cheque or NACH or Electronic Payment Instructions to BFL, if there is any revision in the repaymen
schedule/ EMI by BFL.

12) This single Loan Term Sheet would apply for different Product(s)/services availed by Customer on a single day by making
clear mention about the varying details of loan vis-à-vis each Product(s)/services availed by Customer. Since the loan amou
interest rate and other charges/expenses could vary for each product/service availed by Customer, as also, it would be
convenient for the Customer to easily identify the applicable EMI for each product/service availed by him/her, separate loa
account numbers and separate Statement of Account for each Product(s)/services will be issued for administrative
convenience, and the same are convenient accessible by the Customer on the dedicated experia portal and/or through the
Application of Bajaj Finance Limited.

13) In the event of default on any one of the loan(s) detailed in this loan term sheet, BFL reserves the right to recall the other
loan(s).

14) The EMI of the loan availed can be clubbed with EMI of other loan availed by customer from BFL or the same can be deb
from customers account separately.

15) That in case of occurrence of default by reason of dishonor of Cheque or NACH or Electronic Payment Instructions provid
Customer shall be liable to pay to BFL the bounce charges ("Bounce Charges") as mentioned above, for each dishonour
event occurrence.

16) In the event of any default in repayment of the Outstanding Amount, Customer shall be liable to pay penal interest ("Pena
Interest") at the rate/or amount as stated above, from the date of default till the date of realization by BFL without prejudi
to any other rights of BFL under these terms and condition.

17) BFL shall be authorized (a) to disclose, exchange, share or part with all information from time to time relating to loan to cr
bureaus/credit reference agencies, its group companies, financial institutions, Credit Information Companies (‘CIC’), Centr
KYC Registry (CERSAI) or any authorized third-party agency as BFL may deem necessary or appropriate for use or
processing of the said information and shall not hold BFL or any of its group companies or its/ their agents/representatives
liable for use/sharing of the information as stated above, (b)to seek/obtain any other information, relating to customer, from
any third party, (c)To procure/avail CIBIL report and provide it to customer by deducting applicable charges for the same a
(d) share the all information to any Regulator, Court, Law enforcement agency, Quasi-Judicial authority etc. on a need to n
basis.

18) BFL and its group companies, affiliates and/or business associates and their respective representatives are authorized to sen
communications regarding loans, insurance and third-party products and services, availed by customer, through telephone
calls/SMSs/emails/post/WhatsApp etc. including but not limited to promotional communications.

19) BFL is not an issuer/provider of the Product(s) purchased/services availed by the Customer on the loan availed from BFL.
Accordingly, BFL shall not be responsible for the quality or any assurances and/or representations made in relation to such
products/services provided by third parties. BFL shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or no-delivery of product and/
with respect to the quantity, quality, conditions, fitness, suitability or otherwise whatsoever of the product.

20) I understand and acknowledge that, upon availing moratorium from BFL, the benefits of third party products namely Digit
Fone Safe (DFS)/ScreenProtect/Mobile Protect, whichever product availed by me, shall cease to be of effect, until the loan
dues pertaining to the moratorium period are paid by me to BFL.

: Rs. 117 (inclusive of applicable taxes) Annual fee will only be charged to the EMI Network card/Health EMI
Network Card holders who have not availed any loan using the EMI Network card/Health EMI Network Card
in the preceding year. The duration of the preceding year is calculated 12 months from last year’s validity
month, which is printed on the face of your EMI Network card/Health EMI Network Card. For example, If the
EMI Network card/Health EMI Network Card is issued in the month of February 2019 (referred to as ‘Member
Since’, on the EMI Network card/Health EMI Network Card) the date for payment of the annual fee will be
March, 2020.

Loan Enhancement Fee

: Rs.117/- (Inclusive of applicable taxes) for temporary increase in EMI card limit for the loan transaction.
Same will be charged only for increase in limit in excess of Rs. 999/- to be collected along with 01st
instalment.

EMI NETWORK CARD & HEALTH EMI NETWORK CARD: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(A) CUSTOMER’S REPRESENTATIONS

I hereby state, confirm and agree as under:

1) That I have apply for Bajaj-Finserv Existing Member Identification Number (“EMI Network Card / INSTA EMI CARD
from Bajaj Finance Limited (“BFL”).

2) That I hereby unconditionally acknowledge and accept that:

a. the EMI Network Card may be issued by BFL either in physical or electronic form.

b. I shall make payment of the applicable fee and/or charges, as specified herein by BFL with respect to EMI Network Card a
as more specifically detailed under Annexure I, below or such other fees/charges as provided on
https://www.bajajfinserv.in/all-fees-and-charges-new#iec.

c. I hereby agree to pay the Joining Fee as detailed under Annexure I below to BFL, for availing the EMI Network Card,
however in case I wish to avail the “pay at store” option for payment of Joining Fee or such other fee as detailed under
Annexure I, than same shall added to the first Monthly Installment or first down payment of the loan availed through EMI
Network Card.

d. I understand that my application shall be rejected by BFL, if all the documents as required by BFL are not furnished (in suc
form and manner acceptable to BFL), within the aforementioned timeline.

e. I understand that the aforesaid fee and/or charges are subject to changes and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

f. That I have read and understood the Master Terms and Conditions applicable to Loans for Consumer Durable, Digital, Life
style products & EMI Network Cards (“Master Terms”) prescribed by BFL and available on website:

additions/amendments thereto from time to time. I agree to keep myself updated of any revisions in the Master Terms as m
be communicated by BFL through any Acceptable Means of Communication (as defined in the Master Terms).

g. I shall keep my credentials including the login id and password/PIN issued by BFL and/or reset by me (“Credential”) as
confidential and not to share the same with any person/third party. Any use or misuse of the credentials including the
transactions carried out using the credentials shall be my sole responsibility and BFL shall not be held responsible for any
loss/damage incurred on account of such use or misuse.

h. I hereby expressly consent for paying a Loan Enhancement Fee, in case where BFL allows to approve the Loan transaction
amount over and above my EMI Card loan limit, as per its internal risk/credit policies and at its sole and absolute discretion
is hereby clarified that payment of such fee would not enhance my overall EMI card loan limit. Further I agree that paymen
such fee would be added to the first emi/monthly installment of my Loan transaction

(B) EMI NETWORK CARD TERMS

1) EMI Network Card is neither a credit card nor a stored value card, etc. and is used only for authentication of Customer’s
identity while providing the Loan.

2) All EMI Network Cardholders, who have not availed loan using the EMI Network Card in the preceding year, will be char
an Annual Fee, as detailed in Annexure I below. Preceding year will be calculated starting the issuance month mentioned o
the EMI Network Card. In case the Customer uses the EMI Network Card for availing the Loan within the stipulated time
period as prescribed by BFL, then the Annual Fee levied shall be refunded.

For example: If the EMI Network Card is issued in the month of February 2019 (referred to as ‘Member Since’, on the EM
Network Card) the date for payment of the annual fee will be February 2020.

3) For each valid transaction initiated and approved by the BFL on the EMI Network Card, a new Loan account will be create
by BFL, provided that BFL may at its sole discretion reject such transaction initiated through the EMI Network Card. Furth
BFL may require additional documentation from the Customer for approving the said loan transaction.

4) BFL may at any time, at its sole discretion and without assigning any reason, decide to withdraw the EMI Network Card
service and/ or terminate any specific EMI Network Card and will have no liability to the EMI Network Card-holder or any
other person in this regard.

5) BFL is not an issuer/provider of the products purchased/services availed by the Customer through the EMI Network Card.
Accordingly, BFL shall not be responsible for the quality or any assurances and/or representations made in relation to such
products/services provided by third parties. BFL shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or no-delivery of product and/
with respect to the quantity, quality, conditions, fitness, suitability or otherwise whatsoever of the product.

6) The NACH mandate given by Customer in favour of BFL can be used to recover all Outstanding amount including fees,
penalties, cost and other applicable charges in connection with any Loan availed by the Customer from BFL. The NACH
mandate or any other electronic mandate given or to be given in favour of BFL by the Customer holding the primary EMI
Network Card, shall also cover all Outstandings in relation to the Add-on EMI Card linked to such Customer’s EMI Card.

7) The Customer shall observe and perform all the obligations as provided herein and as provided under the Master Terms. Th

relation to the Loan(s) availed using the Add-on EMI Card linked to the primary EMI Network Card including but not limi
to the terms governing repayment.

8) The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges to perform his/her first transaction through the EMI Network Card at phys
partner store of BFL (i.e BFL empanaled merchants and dealers https://bit.ly/34K4bc8)

9) Terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Master Terms

10) In the event of an unauthorized access to or use of an EMI Network Card, EMI Network Cardholder shall immediately info
BFL and call/write to BFL’s Customer Care on 8698010101 and request for blocking the earlier EMI Network Card.

11) BFL Customer Care Contact details:

get your query resolved.

• EMI Network Cardholders may also call BFL Customer Care for any grievances/queries related to EMI Network Card at
8698010101. This is not a toll-free number and normal call charges will be applicable

(C) EMI NETWORK CARD USAGE

1) 1) The usage of the EMI Network Card is subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in this application and Master Ter
accessible on https://www.bajajfinserv.in/consumer-durables_master_t-and-c_english.pdf as may be amended by BFL from
time to time.

2) The usage of the EMI Network Card would be construed as the deemed acceptance of the Master Terms controlling the EM
Network Card.

3) By using the EMI Network Card, the customer may engage in the following transactions:

a) use it for identification/authentication for availing finance facility from BFL.

b) To avail loan for purchasing a Consumer Durable (CD) (LED, refrigerator, AC, smartphones, laptops etc.), Lifestyle (LSF)
(furniture, life care elective procedures, educational services etc.) or Retail (apparel, footwear, small appliances, travel,
coaching classes, hotels, flights, eyewear, accessories etc.) product, from outlets/stores owned and operated by Dealers & P
– Online & Offline, and such other products as may be authorized by BFL from time to time. (“Products”) from the Dealer
empaneled with BFL on equated monthly instalments from BFL where EMI Network Card is available & authorized;

c) enquire about the available loan amount for CD, LSF or Retail purchase; and/or enquire about personal loan eligibility and
apply for the same at BFL’s call center, branch or online customer portal;

4) EMI Network Card shall not be used for any unlawful / unauthorized purpose.

5) By providing/entering the EMI Network Card number or by providing the registered mobile number of the cardholder (as p
BFL’s records) at Merchant Counter or BFL’s branches or online platform, the issuance date and the name of the cardholde
where the Customer is required to show one photo identification card or enter his/her PIN or Transaction Code. Once the
Customer identity is authenticated, the EMI Network Cardholder will receive an SMS providing the commercial terms of t
proposed Loan being offered (“Transaction SMS”) and containing a specific numeric code (the “Transaction Code”).

6) As a token of acceptance to the terms and conditions provided in the Transaction SMS, the customer shall convey his/her
acceptance by entering the PIN or Transaction Code or OTP at the counter or BFL branch or OTP at the online platform, a
case may be.

7) BFL would charge convenience/processing fees at its sole discretion on the Loan availed by customer using EMI Network
Card, same would be communicated to the Customer through the Transaction SMS and shall be binding on the customer.

8) Notwithstanding anything contained in these terms, this application and payment of Instant Activation Fee by the Custome

(i)EMI Network Card cannot be used for purchase on eCommerce platforms and of retail (apparel, footwear, small applian
travel, coaching classes, hotels, eyewear, accessories etc.) products, until successful registration of the NACH mandate for
loan availed by the Customer as per this Application Form, and

(ii) BFL may at its sole, absolute discretion and on the basis of its internal policies (including but not limited to risk policie
reject any transaction/authorization initiated through EMI Network Card by the Customer
