Marine Engines depending on the hours of service … Monthly.
 CATERPILLAR Hydraulic hoses assembling and fabrications process and selecting
proper Hose type for a certain application based on the given operating conditions.
 Picking up and selecting the best lubricating oil for an application among different
types available based on their terminology and composition.
 After-sales technical support of miscellaneous brands such as SULLAIR, TEREX O&K
(BUCYRUS), Caterpillar MaK (CM) generator sets, CAT LIFTTRUCKS (MCFE), ZF/
REINTJIS marine transmissions, Olympian GENSETS, PRKINS ENGINES and BITELLI
paving machines.
Achievements:
 I`ve created an exclusive terminology comparison between ExxonMobil & CAT oils used in
Mining applications (Sukari gold mining project), which led to a huge profit since the customer
switched to buy CAT oils only.
 First support engineer in Mantrac Egypt to work closely with CATERPILLAR MaK marine
generator sets (CM32 with 7.68MW) at Sukari gold mining project in Egypt.
