    1) Minimum Eight Cycles of assessments are required for classes I & I, If eight
    cycles of assessment not yet completed, the Vidyalaya may plan cyclic tests for
    I& II with the annual examinations of class III to V.
    2) The question papers for classes II to V shall be prepared at Vidyalaya level &
    evaluation will also be done at Vidyalaya level.
    3) The question papers of class VIto VII shall be prepared at regional level
    and
    will be sent through email three days prior to the date of examination of
    scheduled subjects. The Principal will ensure confiderntiality and printed question
    papers must be kept in safecustody of Principals under lock & kev.
    4) The question papers of classes lX& XI shall be prepared
    printed & distributed
    by Regional office.
    5) The examination of subjects of classes IX & XI
    which are not mentioned in the
    date sheet, may be scheduled on the gap days of the date
    sheet and should be
    completed before 20.03.2024. The question papers of such subjects may be
    prepared at Vidyalaya level and evaluation should also be done at

    guidelines,before 20.02.2024 with prior intimation to the students for submission of records and activities.
