As a part of course curriculum of my BBA (B&I) program we are asked to undergo two months summer training in any organization so as to give us exposure to practical management & to get us familiar with various activities taking place in an organization. I have put my sincere efforts to accomplish my objectives within the stipulated time. Despite all the limitations, obstructs-hurdles, and hindrances, I have toiled and worked to my optimum potential to achieve the desired goal. Being beginner in the highly competitive world of business. I come across some difficulties to make my objective a reality.
