Terms Rod Conditions:­

Minimum normal working hours shall be 10 hours a day and 60 hours a week. Extra
hours and holidays will be charged as flat rate.
2 Food, accommodation, Insurance and transportation to and from the site shall be provided
from MIs. Atom Trading & Cont.
3 PPE; Safety Shoes, Jacket, Coverall, Helmet & Goggles shall be provided by us.
4 Arrangement of necessary passes for our workers shall be done by the customer.

5 Timesheet to be arranged to us before I" of every month upon the completion of previous
month.

6 Termination of services of our people shall be notified at least a week in advance for either
parties.
7 Payment shall be made within 30 days upon the submission of invoice of previous month.
8 Any failure of payment, we reserve the right to demobilize our employees without notice.
9 The deployment schedule and the confirmed available numbers will be intimated after the
rates quoted are confirmed (L PO).
10 The mobilization shall be done after signing the Agreement by both parties.
11 If our workers are Dot fit for work, you can demobilize them within three days or we will
consider them fit and shall be invoiced as per the quote.
12 Any type of deduction or correction will not be allowed on the submitted Invoice based on
the provided time sheets from your Office.

Terms and Conditions:-
1 Driver's normal working hours minimum shall be 10 hours a day and 6 days per week.
Friday & Holidays will be charged 1.5% of the normal rate as per Qatar labor law.
2 Driver's food, Accommodation and Transportation & necessary gate pass and
safety items etc need to he provided by the customer at their own cost.
3 In case of any accident met by the driver during the period of hire, driver shall
furnish police papers and shall pay an excess insurance amount of Qrs.500/- per
accident if the driver is in fault.
4 Timesheet to be arranged to us before I" of every month upon the completion of previous
month.
S Termination of services of our drivers shall be notified at least a week in advance for either
parties.
6 Payment shall be made within 30 days from the date of invoice.
7 Any failure of payment, we reserve the right to demobilize our drivers without notice.
8 The drivers will be given after the quoted rates are confirmed and signing the Agreement
by both parties.
9 Any type of deduction or correction will not be allowed on the submitted Invoice based on
the provided time sheets from your Office.
