    Class of 2024, a Pleasant Morning.

    It is with great honor that I stand before you today to introduce


    our extremely diligent and studious Education Officer for the
    Quality Education Circles 33,34 and 35, of QEC 40 schools in
    Region IV.

    This Stalwart is a 2019 recipient of the Prime Minister’s Medal


    of Appreciation for Service to Education. She did her Masters
    in Educational Leadership with the Western Carolina University
    and her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of the West
    Indies [UWI], Jamaica, with First Class Honours. She has
    successfully completed her Aspiring Principal Leadership (APL)
    course and Virtual Instructional Leadership course with the
    National Council on Educational Leadership. She is a Justice of
    the Peace and one who firmly believes that whatever is worth
    doing must be done well.

    She is an extremely persevering person who is driven by success


    to achieve her goals. She is a vainglorious, enterprising
    professional with beyond 26 years of Exposure and familiarity in
    indoctrination and social welfare. Mostly importantly, this sterling
    officer is the proud mother of two wonderful girls.

    Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls, help me welcome Mrs.


    Susan Simms.
