    Dear Mitali,

    With reference to your application and subsequent interview you had with us, we are pleased to offer
    you a position of Lady Security Guard in our organization posted in Amiga Informatics Pvt Ltd.

    You will be on probation for a period of six months from the date of commencement of your joining. The
    probation period is liable to extended at the discretion of the Management of the Company depending
    upon your conduct and your performance of your work and the standard attained during the probation
    period. In probation, your Gross Salary will be Rs. 12000/- per month. After completion of your
    probation period, you shall be entitled as permanent employee of the company.

    You shall report to your duty on 1st October 2023 at Aasmi Facilities @ Security Service, at Guwahati
    office, on or before 10:00 a.m. However, if you do not report to the duty on the designated date, the
    offer will automatically stand cancelled.

    The company may transfer you to any offer locations within our operational network and our operational
    network and our associated assignments at any time within a given time frame for relocation.

    You should bring along with you a copy of your passport size photograph, mark sheets, certificates and
    testimonials in original to complete formalities in our end. Please return the duplicate copy of this letter,
    duly signed, in token of your acceptance. The detailed Appointment Letter would be given after your
    joining duties.
