IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES
1. You are called upon to appear in the aforesaid Examination subject to your eligibility according to the Recruitment Rules and Instructions included in the Advertisement
dated 22/05/2024. At any stage, if it is found that any of the condition(s) of eligibility is/are not fulfilled, your candidature will be cancelled, regardless of the fact that you are
called to appear in this Examination and you have qualified thereat.
2. Without the print-out of this Admit Card, appearance in the Examination will not be permitted. The same shall be required to be submitted to the Invigilator concerned, intact,
the Candidate may keep extra copy of the same for his/her reference.
3. Candidate must bring 2 Passport size Photographs, one to be pasted on the Admit Card and one on Attendance Sheet in the Examination Room.
4. Please bring an Original Photo Identity Proof i.e. Pan Card / Election Card / valid Driving License / Aadhar Card / valid Passport alongwith the Admit Card, at the time of
appearing for the said Examination.
5. All candidates are required to download and read carefully, the Instructions given with the Admit Card and strictly adhere to them.
6. This Admit Card consists of three pages- Page 1 contains the Centre Details, and Page 2(in English) & 3(in Gujarati) have "Important Instructions for candidates." The
candidate has to download all three pages.
7. Before reaching the Centre, candidates must enter the required details in the Self Declaration (Undertaking) in legible handwriting, paste the Photograph and put a thumb
impression at the appropriate place on the Admit Card. They should ensure that their Left-Hand Thumb Impression is clear and not smudged.
8. If religion/customs require you to wear specific attire, please visit the Centre early for thorough checking and mandatory frisking.
9. No Candidate would be allowed to enter the Examination Centre, without Admit Card and undertaking, Valid ID Proof, and proper frisking.
10. Electronic Devices e.g. Mobile Phone / Tablet / Calculator / Bluetooth /Smart Watch / Earphone, etc. are strictly prohibited in the ‘Examination Hall’. Also note that entry in
the ‘Examination Centre’ itself, shall not be permitted to those candidates, in possession of such electronic gadgets. No arrangements for ‘safe keeping’, will be made, which
may be noted.
11. Frisking the candidates, for any electronic gadgets / materials, will be undertaken by the authorities, which may be noted.
12. Candidate has to attempt the answer in the Medium as specified in the Instructions given in Test Booklet/OMR Sheet/Answer Sheet. Candidate is required to bring her/his
own BLUE/BLACK Ball Point Pen to write the particulars and to mark response/write answer of the examination. Use of Pencil /any other Colour Pen/Gel Pen is strictly
prohibited and may lead to non-evaluation of the OMR Sheet/Answer Sheet.
13. No candidate will be allowed to appear at the Examination Centre on the date and time other than that allotted to him/her in his/her Admit Card. No request for Centre
change will be accepted. The candidate must reach the Centre at the time as indicated against Reporting/Entry time at Centre, on the Admit Card. No candidate shall be
permitted to enter after the Gate Closing Time.
14. The Candidate shall not leave the Examination Room/Hall without prior permission of the Invigilator and without handing over his/her Admit Card & OMR Sheet/Answer
Sheet.
15. Your appearance in the examination shall be at your own expenses, both ways.
16. It may be noted that, the Class-rooms/Blocks, etc. will be under CCTV Surveillance. If a candidate is found using any unfair means/malpractices in the examination, his/her
candidature is liable to be cancelled and action/legal action as deemed fit will be initiated against him/her.
17. If any FIR/Criminal/Civil Case has been lodged/filed against/by you, as on date, you are hereby specifically called upon to furnish details/particulars, without fail, at the first
instance, before taking the Test / Examination.
18. A Compensatory Time of 20 (Twenty) Minutes per Hour or otherwise advised shall be permitted for the candidates only with locomotor disability (not less than 40%), subject
to production of the requisite certificate(s)/document(s).
19. PwD candidate must bring a PwD certificate issued by the Competent Authority if claiming relaxation under the PwD category.
20. The facility of a scribe will be provided if the candidate has a physical limitation and requires a scribe to write the examination on their behalf, as certified in the prescribed
format by a CMO, Civil Surgeon, or Medical Superintendent of a Government Health Care Institution. If required, the scribe will be arranged by the National Testing Agency
(NTA); however, the candidate must submit a request to the NTA and the High Court of Gujarat within three (03) days from the date of issuance of the admit card. Any
requests received less than two (02) days before the examination will not be entertained.”
21. Do not write Name or put any sign/mark on the OMR Sheet/Test Booklet/Answer Sheet. Disclosure of identity in the OMR Sheet/Answer Sheet in any manner whatsoever,
shall result in disqualification.
22. On Completion of the examination, please wait for the instructions from the Invigilator and do not get up from your seat until advised. The candidates will be permitted to
move out, one at a time only.
23. Candidate will be permitted to carry only the following items with them into the Examination Centre: 1. Personal transparent water bottle; 2. A simple transparent Ball Point
Pen (Blue/Black); 3. Duly filled and Signed Admit Card; 4. Original Valid ID Proof.
24. Shoes/footwear with thick soles and dresses with large buttons are NOT permitted.

ઉમેદવારો માટે મહત્વની સૂચનાઓ

1. તા.22/05/2024ની જાહેરાતમાં સમાવિષ્ટ સૂચનાઓ અને ભરતીના નિયમોને આધીન તમારી લાયકાત અનુસાર તમને ઉપરોકત પરીક્ષામાં બેસવા માટે બોલાવવામાં‌આવે છે. જો કોઇપણ તબક્કે એવું
માલુમ પડશે કે લાયકાતની કોઈપણ શરત/શરતો તમે પૂર્ણ કરતા નથી તો તમને આ પરીક્ષામાં હાજર રહેવા માટે બોલાવવામાં આવ્યા છે અને તમે તેમાં ઉત્તિર્ણ હોવા છતા પણ તમારી ઉમેદવારી રદ
કરવામાં આવશે.
2. આ એડમિટ કાર્ડની પ્રિન્ટ વિના, પરીક્ષામાં હાજર રહેવાની પરવાનગી આપવામાં આવશે નહીં. તેની એક નકલ સંબંધિત નિરીક્ષકને જમા કરવાની રહેશે અને એક વધારાની નકલ ઉમેદવાર પોતાના
સંદર્ભ માટે રાખી શકે છે.
3. ઉમેદવારે પરીક્ષા ખંડમાં પાસપોર્ટ સાઇઝના 2 (બે) ફોટોગ્રાફ સાથે લાવવાના રહેશે, તેમાંથી એક ફોટો એડમિટ કાર્ડ પર અને એક એટેન્ડન્સ શીટ પર ચોંટાડવાનો રહેશે.
4. મેદવારે પરીક્ષામાં‌ આ એડમિટ કાર્ડની સાથે કોઈપણ એક અસલ (ઓરીજીનલ)‌ ઓળખપત્ર જેવા કે, પાન કાર્ડ / ચૂંટણી કાર્ડ / માન્ય ડ્રાઇવિંગ લાઇસન્સ / આધાર કાર્ડ / માન્ય પાસપોર્ટ અચૂકપણે
લાવવાના રહેશે.
5. બધા ઉમેદવારોએ એડમિટ કાર્ડ સાથે આપવામાં આવેલી સૂચનાઓ ડાઉનલોડ કરીને ધ્યાનપૂર્વક વાંચવી અને તેનું ચુસ્તપણે પાલન કરવાનું‌રહેશે.
6. આ એડમિટ કાર્ડ ૩ પેજ ધરાવે છે: પેજ નંબર-૧ કેન્દ્રની વિગતો ધરાવે છે, અને પેજ નંબર ૨(અંગ્રેજીમાં) અને ૩ (ગુજરાતીમાં) ઉપર "ઉમેદવારો માટેની મહત્વપૂર્ણ સૂચનાઓ" છે. ઉમેદવારે ત્રણેય પેજ
ડાઉનલોડ કરવાના રહેશે
7. કેન્દ્ર પર પહોંચતા પહેલા, ઉમેદવારોએ સુવાચ્ય અક્ષરમાં સ્વ-ઘોષણાપત્ર (બાહેંધરી પત્રક)માં જરૂરી વિગતો ભરવાની રહેશે, ફોટોગ્રાફ ચોંટાડવાનો રહેશે અને એડમિટ કાર્ડ પર યોગ્ય જગ્યાએ અંગૂઠાની
છાપ મૂકવાની રહેશે. તેઓએ એ સુનિશ્ચિત કરવું જોઈએ કે તેમના ડાબા હાથના અંગૂઠાની છાપ સ્પષ્ટ અને ડાઘરહિત છે.
8. જો ધર્મ/રિવાજો માટે તમારે ચોક્કસ પોશાક પહેરવાની જરૂર હોય, તો કૃપા કરીને સંપૂર્ણ તપાસ અને ફરજિયાત ફ્રિસ્કિંગ માટે કેન્દ્રની વહેલી મુલાકાત લો.
9. કોઈપણ ઉમેદવારને પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્રમાં એડમિટ કાર્ડ, બાહેંધરી પત્રક, માન્ય ઓળખપત્ર અને યોગ્ય તપાસ કર્યા વિના પ્રવેશવાની મંજૂરી આપવામાં આવશે નહીં.
10. ઇલેક્ટ્રોનિક ઉપકરણો જેવા કે, મોબાઈલ ફોન/ટેબ્લેટ/કેલ્ક્યુલેટર/બ્લુટુથ/સ્માર્ટ વોચ/ઈયરફોન વગેરે 'પરીક્ષા હોલ'માં સખત પ્રતિબંધિત છે. એ પણ નોંધ લો કે આવા ઈલેક્ટ્રોનિક ગેજેટ્સ ધરાવતા
ઉમેદવારોને પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્રમાં પ્રવેશની પરવાનગી આપવામાં આવશે. આવા ઉપકરણો સલામત રાખવા માટે કોઈ વ્યવસ્થા કરવામાં આવશે નહીં
11. કોઈપણ ઈલેક્ટ્રોનિક ગેજેટ્સ/સામગ્રીઓ માટે સત્તામંડળ દ્વારા ઉમેદવારોની તપાસ હાથ ધરવામાં આવશે જેની નોંધ લેશો.
12. ઉમેદવારે પ્રશ્નપુસ્તિકા/ OMR શીટમાં આપેલી સૂચનાઓમાં ઉલ્લેખિત માધ્યમમાં જવાબનો પ્રયાસ કરવાનો રહેશે. ઉમેદવારે વિગતો લખવા અને પરીક્ષાના જવાબ/ પ્રતિભાવ લખવા માટે તેની/
તેણીની પોતાની વાદળી/કાળી બોલ પોઈન્ટ પેન લાવવાની રહેશે. પેન્સિલ/કોઈ અન્ય કલર પેન/જેલ પેનનો ઉપયોગ સખત પ્રતિબંધિત છે અને આવી OMR શીટનું મૂલ્યાંકન થશે નહી.
13. કોઈપણ ઉમેદવારને તેના/તેણીના એડમિટ કાર્ડમાં ફાળવેલ તારીખ અને સમય સિવાય પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્ર પર હાજર રહેવા દેવામાં આવશે નહીં. કેન્દ્રમાં ફેરફાર માટેની કોઈપણ વિનંતી સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે
નહીં. ઉમેદવારે એડમિટ કાર્ડમાં દર્શાવેલ કેન્દ્ર ખાતે રિપોર્ટિંગ/એન્ટ્રી સમયની સામે સૂચવ્યા મુજબના સમયે પહોંચવું આવશ્યક છે. ગેટ બંધ થવાના સમય પછી કોઈપણ ઉમેદવારને પ્રવેશવાની
પરવાનગી આપવામાં આવશે નહીં.
14. ઉમેદવાર નિરીક્ષકની પૂર્વ પરવાનગી વિના અને પોતાનું એડમિટ કાર્ડ અને OMR શીટ આપ્યા સિવાય પરીક્ષા રૂમ/હોલ છોડી શકશે નહિ.
15. ઉમેદવારે પરીક્ષા માટે ઉપસ્થિત રહેવા સ્વખર્ચે જ આવવા-જવાનું‌રહેશે.
16. દરેક વર્ગ-ખંડ/બ્લોક વગેરે CCTV કેમેરાની નિગરાહ હેઠળ હશે. જો ઉમેદવાર પરીક્ષામાં ગેરવાજબી માધ્યમ/ગેરરીતિ કરતો જોવા મળશે તો તેની/તેણીની ઉમેદવારી રદ થવાને પાત્ર છે અને તેની/
તેણીની સામે યોગ્ય જણાશે તેવી કાર્યવાહી/કાયદેસરની કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવશે- જેની નોંધ લેવી.
17. જો ઉમેદવાર સામે/દ્વારા કોઈ ફોજદારી/દીવાની/અન્ય કોઈ કેસ/ફરીયાદ દાખલ કરવામાં આવેલ હોય, તો તે અંગેના જરૂરી એવા તમામ અધિક્રુત દસ્તાવેજો/વિગતો જેવા કે, એફ.આઈ.આર./ચાર્જશીટ/
જજમેન્ટ વિગેરેની પ્રમાણિત નકલો ખાસ કરીને કસોટી/પરીક્ષા આપતા પહેલા, અચૂકપણે રજૂ કરવી.
18. લોકોમોટર ડિસેબિલિટી (40% કરતા ઓછી ન હોય) ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારોને તે અંગેના જરૂરી પ્રમાણપત્રો/દસ્તાવેજો રજૂ કરવા પર પ્રતિ કલાક 20 (વીસ) મિનિટનો વધારાનો સમય ફાળવવામાં આવશે.
19. જો PwD કેટેગરી હેઠળ છૂટછાટનો દાવો કરતા હોય તો તેવા PwD ઉમેદવારે સક્ષમ અધિકારી દ્વારા જારી કરાયેલ PwD પ્રમાણપત્ર લાવવું આવશ્યક છે.
20. શારીરિક અશક્તતા ધરાવતા અને લખવા માટે લહિયાની જરૂરીયાત હોય તેવા ઉમેદવારો માટે સીએમઓ, સિવિલ સર્જન અથવા સરકારી આરોગ્ય સંસ્થાના મેડિકલ સુપરિન્ટેન્ડેન્ટ દ્વારા નિયત
નમૂનામાં પ્રમાણિત કર્યા મુજબના જરૂરી દસ્તાવેજો રજૂ કરવા પર ઉમેદવારવતી લખવા માટે લહીયાની સુવિધા પૂરી પાડવામાં આવશે. જો જરૂર હોય તો, લહિયાની વ્યવસ્થા નેશનલ ટેસ્ટિંગ એજન્સી
(NTA) દ્વારા કરવામાં આવશે; જો કે, ઉમેદવારે એડમિટ કાર્ડ ઇસ્યુ થયાની તારીખથી ત્રણ (03) દિવસમાં NTA અને ગુજરાત હાઇકોર્ટને અરજી કરવાની રહેશે. પરીક્ષાના 2 (બે) દિવસ કરતા ઓછા સમય
દરમિયાન મળે લ કોઈપણ અરજી ધ્યાને લેવામાં આવશે નહીં.
21. OMR શીટ/પ્રશ્નપુસ્તિકા પર નામ કે કોઈ નિશાની/ચિહ્ન કરશો નહીં. OMR શીટમાં કોઈપણ રીતે ઓળખ છતી કરવાથી જે-તે ઉમેદવારને ગેરલાયક ઠેરવવામાં‌આવશે.
22. પરીક્ષા પૂર્ણ થવા પર મહેરબાની કરીને નિરીક્ષકની સૂચનાની રાહ જુઓ અને જ્યાં સુધી સલાહ ન મળે ત્યાં સુધી તમારી બેઠક પરથી ઉભા થશો નહીં. દરેક ઉમેદવારોને માત્ર એક સમયે બહાર જવાની
પરવાનગી આપવામાં આવશે.
23. ઉમેદવારને પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્રમાં તેમની સાથે ફક્ત નીચેની વસ્તુઓ લઈ જવાની પરવાનગી આપવામાં આવશે: ૧. વ્યક્તિગત પારદર્શક પાણીની બોટલ: ૨. એક સાદી પારદર્શક બોલ પોઈન્ટ પેન (વાદળી/
કાળી); ૩. યોગ્ય રીતે ભરેલ અને સહી કરેલ એડમિટ કાર્ડ; ૪. અસલ માન્ય ઓળખપત્ર.
24. જાડા તળિયાવાળા શૂઝ/ફૂટવેર અને મોટા બટનવાળા ડ્રેસ પહેરીને આવવાની સખ્ત મનાઈ છે.
25. ઉમેદવારોને નવીનતમ અપડેટ્સ માટે સત્તાવાર વેબસાઇટસ https://exams.nta.ac.in/HCG/ અને/અથવા https://gujarathighcourt.nic.in/ અને https://hc-ojas.gujarat.gov.in . ની મુલાકાત

અધિકૃત છે અને તેનો/તેણીનો નિર્ણય આખરી રહેશે.
