Sub: Offer letter for the post of Email Support Executive.

Dear Mr. Adnanoddin,

Welcome to Tatwa Technologies Ltd. We are pleased to offer you the position of Email Support Executive in our
organization. The terms and conditions of the offer are given below:

You are required to join on 16 Jan’ 2023 at our Thane office. You are entitled to get an annual CTC is INR. 3,00,000 /-
(Rupees Three Lakh only). The compensation matrix is attached herewith for your ready reference.

You will report to the Team Leader for your day to day activities, any change in your reporting will be intimated
to you from time to time. Your job responsibilities/profile will be intimated to you from time to time by your
reporting officer. You shall be placed at Thane, Mumbai. However you may be posted to any such place / offices
/projects / divisions /departments/ units of the company existing or to be set up at any other location in India or
abroad, where TATWA has an interest. You will work in variable shifts and will report to the office as and when
asked for without any time limitations/boundaries.

Your appointment for the aforesaid post shall be enforced subject to satisfactory performance in Training
followed by the certifications as may be conducted during or post training period as per the process
requirements. Apart from the aforesaid certifications the Versant Test may be conducted at any time after
joining and you shall have to be certified to be eligible to work for the process. Non-certification in any of the
aforesaid test/ certifications may lead to cancelation of your candidature immediately without any payment and
notice or pay in lieu of such notice.
You shall be under probation period of six months from the date of joining and during probation the company
can terminate your services immediately without any notice for poor performances. You are entitled for leaves
during the probation period as per the organizations norms. You will follow all the rules and regulations of the
Organization as will be amended from time to time. The company will expect you to work with a high standard
of integrity, initiative, efficiency and economy.
You shall devote your entire time and attention to the work of the company and shall not undertake any direct
/ indirect business or work, honorary or remuneration. Contravention of this will lead to the termination of
your service without any notice or any compensation in lieu of such notice.

You shall neither divulge nor disclose to any unauthorized person during the period of your service or even
afterwards by word of mouth or otherwise, particulars or details of the company’s business process, technical
knowhow, security arrangements, administrative or any organizational matters of confidential /secret nature,
which may be your privilege to know by virtue of your beings the company‘s employee.

You will not enter into any commitments or dealing on behalf of the company for which you have no express
authority nor alter or be any party to any alternation of any principle or policy of the company or exceeded in
authority or discretion vested in you without the prior sanction of the company or those in authority over you.
You shall abide by code of conduct of the company as existing from time to time.

You will be responsible for the safe keeping and return in good condition and order of all the properties of the
company, which may be in your use, custody, care or charge. For the loss of any property of the company in
your possession, the company will have a right to assess on its own basis and recover the damages of all such
materials from you and to take such other action as it deems proper in the event of your failure to account for
such material or property to its satisfaction.
You will appear before the doctor engaged by the company on a date to be specified for a medical checkup.
Your continuance will depend upon the result of the medical examinations. In the event of misconduct, the
company reserves the right to take appropriate disciplinary action as it may deem fit.

This letter has been issued on the ground that there is nothing in your past record which should have prevented
the company to offer you service If however, it is found that, your past record is objectionable or if any
declaration, information, documents given by you to the company proves false, or if you have willfully
suppressed any material information, in such case you will be liable to removal from the service without notice
or pay in lieu of notice. You are liable for termination from the service of the company with immediate effect if
it is revealed any time during your employment that, you have violated the law of the land and police or law
proceedings are pending against you.

Your service can be terminated due to loss of confidence, gross negligence in duty, inefficiency, and lack of
performance. You may terminate this employment by giving 30 (thirty) days’ notice or pay in lieu of equivalent
salary for thirty days. You shall not be eligible for full and final settlement dues from the company if in case you
leave the company without 30 (thirty) notice or approval from the company. If the company terminates your
service during the probation period, then the company is not liable to provide neither any notice period nor any
compensation against termination. The Company may terminate your service by providing thirty days’ notice
after completion of probation period and immediate termination may also be initiated for the issues under Zero
Tolerance Policy.

Please submit the following at the time of your joining.


 A copy of the relieving letter from your present employer
 Documentary evidence of the last salary drawn, Date of Birth & Educational Qualifications
 Six passport size photographs.
 ID Proof( PAN / Voter ID), Residence Proof(Passport / DL / Adhar Card / Electricity Bill )
 Pre-employment Application Form(If not submitted already)
