Dr. Snehal Pinto
Director, Ryan Group of Institutions
Snehal Pinto is an educationalist with a rich experience of over fifteen
years in various capacities including teaching and leadership. She started
out as a primary school teacher and moved up the career ladder to take on
various leadership roles. She has completed her Doctorate in Education
from the Nova Southeastern University, Florida, USA. As a result-driven
leader, she has made a significant contribution in enhancing the teaching-
learning process in order to develop effective student engagement. Her
focus has been professional development, assessments and leadership.

Prof. Harish Chaudhry


IIT Delhi
He is a professor at IIT Delhi. He has conducted extensive research &
guided many Phds on school education. Research Global Faculty Award
from IBM for his work. Has led delegations to schools worldwide and has
trained school leaders and teachers on best practices. Was part of the
team for established National Schools of Leadership for Indian K-12
school heads. His global exposure to different education systems will help
you have a global perspective on educational best practices that you can
employ to make your school effective and efficient.

Prof. Vijayaraghavan M Chariar


IIT Delhi
He is a distinguished faculty member at IIT Delhi, whose pioneering work
spans sustainability, traditional knowledge systems, design thinking and
joyous leadership. With a learner-centered approach, he has inspired
countless students to realize their full potential, earning him the prestigious
Teaching Excellence Award by IIT Delhi. A visionary educator and mentor,
Prof. Chariar continues to make impactful contributions through innovative
