vibrant neighbourhood as our starting point—one overflowing with
bachelors, office workers, and people looking for healthy yet
affordable meals throughout the day. From early-morning breakfasts
to full meals, we attempted to strike a balance between
convenience and nutrition.

Our vision and values: While our venture is modest in size, its
ambitions are big. Our major aim is twofold: to provide the
community with love-infused, homemade-style meals and to
improve the lives of those who are less fortunate. By hiring
impoverished people, we hope to offer them with a sustainable
source of income while also stimulating growth and empowerment
in our tiny sector.

The core structure : symbiosis of roles and responsibilities: Our
organisation is small in size, but its foundation is a well-balanced
division of labour and leadership. Each member of our founding
team brings distinct abilities and knowledge to the table, allowing us
to manage the firm like a well-oiled machine.
1. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO):The visionary leader
responsible for the company’s strategic direction, alliances,
and overall growth. This role ensures that the company stays
true to its objective of providing handcrafted, high-quality
meals while exploring prospects for growth.

2.Chief operations Officer: oversees everyday operations, from


raw material acquisition to final delivery. To maintain our high
standards, this function places an emphasis on efficiency,
time management, and quality control.

2. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO):The financial steward of the


organisation, in charge of budgeting, cost management, and
profit analysis. With a focus on sustainability, the CFO
manages discussions with suppliers and logistics providers to
keep costs low and quality good.
4. The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO): is the creative force behind
our brand, overseeing marketing campaigns, social media
strategy, and customer engagement. This function guarantees
that our company receives awareness and develops a loyal
customer base in our chosen location.
5. The Head of Culinary Operations (Chef-in-Chief) :is
responsible for menu development, premium package
customisation, and maintaining the homemade flavour ethos.
This function guarantees that each food meets the standards of
taste, nutrition, and authenticity.

6. The Human Resources and Community Liaison Officer (HR &


CLO): oversees recruitment, employee well-being, and
community projects. This function is critical in employing and
empowering underprivileged employees, building a feeling of
purpose and diversity throughout our organisation.
Dynamic adaptability and collaboration : Our organisational
structure changes as our firm grows. Despite our distinct
positions, we believe in collaborative decision-making in which
every member’s input is respected. This collaborative approach
