    I , SUSHIL BHAGWAT KAMBLE PRADNYA Applying for Second Year Computer for the AY 2024-
    25 do agree with the following terms and conditions.
    1. If, I have opted for the payment of fees in Installment , I will follow the installment policy of
    the college and pay the fees on the dates mentioned and agreed by me at the time of
    admission, and I am also aware that if I don't follow the time schedule of the payment of
    fees I will be libel to pay the late fees (100/- per day).
    2. If I, wish to cancel my admission for any reason than I will inform in written to the College
    Principal about the same before the end of the Academic year. After receiving the
    application from the student, before the end of the academic year the college will calculate
    the refund on basis of the Academic year fees and return the balance amount and Original
    documents of the student back.If the student fails to inform the college before the end of
    the academic year than he is libel to pay the full fees of the academic year.
    3. I here by declare that the personal information about myself is true and correct to the best
    of my knowledge.
    4. I stand to be disqualified from securing admission , in event of the information I have
    furnished is found to be wrong.
    5. I declare that I shall undertake all steps to ensure proper discipline and conduct at the
    college.
    6. I have read the Maharashtra Prohibition of Ragging Act 1999 (Mha.XXXIII)of1999) and the
    Supreme Court Orders in this regards and I will abide by the same.
