Hi Team, Good Evening, i'm interested to learn more about your CMMS Go solution for
my project.

I wanted to ask does CMMSGo have/support this capability :


1. WorkOrder reguler frequency (Continous Improvement). Does CMMSGo able to create
a cycle of work order Daily, Weekly, Bi Weekly, Monthly, Yearly - for instance a.
Daily checking of water pump pressure, electric voltage, Weekly check of aircon
blower, Monthly cleaning of aircon internal unit, etc that inputted just one and
then auto generate by CMMSGo? Please advice.
2. Customization of UI for work order or activity is it possible?
3. Customization of Status/Stage (Start, In Progress, Pending+notes vendor or
parts, Complete) of word order?
4. Ability to create & manage Parameter(Hint) attribut on type of aset (as a
Guideline/Benchmark ie. for aircon Temp range is 23-26 Celcius, Waterpump pressure
is 5psi, we can set the threshold of the parameter default/standard, below & above
the standar)
5. Give Staff, manager a warning notification when users input on those parameters
(when real condition is under/above the standard parameter), and automatically give
a status red/yellow conditions.
6. Reminder/Notification of pending WO, low stock, near warranty expiration date of
assets or parts.
7. Submit video, comments, notes using mobile device
8. Once the engineer check or fixed, there's a results field to be entered (result
oriented)
9. Can we add Equipment (Working Tools) management? Can we capture What, Who, when,
where, which and status of an equipment, for ie. what is being use, by who, where &
when does it use/borrow, which type, etc
10. Vendor Management (simplified)
