a) Give the definition of Conveyancing and discuss the essential

Rules Regarding preparation of Practical File:-


a) The file must be prepared by each student in his/her handwriting.

b) The file shall be prepared on A4 Size paper with proper spacing both sides of the page.

c) There shall be no writing on the back side of the page.

d) Supporting proofs of exercise such as pictures, maps etc. shall be attached/ pasted on the left
side of the page facing the exercise or relevant text page.

e) Cover page, Acknowledgement and Table of contents shall be neatly typed in New Times
Roman with font size 14.

For cover page, headings and sub headings standard fonts of heading as provided in Microsoft
Words shall be used.

f) Cover page can be printed in colour on glossy paper. (Optional)

g) Each student shall take care that his material/description as given on Practical File shall not
be copied by any fellow student.

h) Every exercise shall be submitted to the subject teacher for inspection and checking just after
completion of that exercise.

i) The whole file including cover page, acknowledgement and Index shall be completed and
submitted for final evaluation.
