    Greetings of Peace!

    In view of the retirement of Josephine S. Alvarado, MT-1, in no time, together with the Barangay
    Officials, may I recommend sir Roger Jr. F. Balignot, Local School Board (LSB) to be absorb
    in the school as Teacher-1 and shall assume the vacancy of the school as early as this moment.
    Ma’am Josephine S. Alvarado, MT-1,is set to retire on January 2026, Ma’am Alvarado
    will avail her service credits and shall be on leave by 2 nd quarter of 2025 until December
    2025.The school is very much willing to give-up the Master Teacher Position and shall grasp the
    Teacher 1 item of Roger Balignot, because the school and community of Tag-ulo is seeing his
    full potential to be beneficial for the learners of Tag-ulo.

    The Sir Roger rank 6 in the RQA and a registered voter of Napo, Dapitan City one of the
    barangay under Baylimango Schools District. Currently, he is taking so much contribution to the
    school particularly handling the school paper with 5 years experience in the private school as
    School Paper Adviser. He is now the School Paper Adviser and start having workshop training
    for our aspirant journalists/contestants for the upcoming campus journalism contest. At the same
    time, he is currently managing the pioneering school band in our school. He is very competent
    teacher and already contributing factor and positive impact to the school and will surely
    contributed to the Division of Dapitan City in terms of academic and extracurricular activities.

    The entire Tag-ulo School Community together with the Barangay Officials are so hopeful and
    will be so grateful to you in anticipation for your consideration to this humble request.

    We look forward in an anticipation of your favorable action.
