The RESEARCH INSTITUTE DR. ARIOLI & C. S.A.S., for all Training / Laboratory Analysis / Seminars-Workshops-Forum)
for worldwide decarbonization.
The Second Certifying Entity is an INDEPENDENT THIRD-PARTY CERTIFICATION BODY ("CERTIFICATION BODY"),
which issues FORMAL CERTIFICATES of consistency and adequacy ("compliance") of each individual Carbon Credits
Assessment Project. This certification allows the DECARBONIKATM The EUROPEAN QUALITY ASSESSMENT SRL is based
in Novara (North West Italy) and has a high ranking in the international system of Certification Bodies.
The Third Party involved, indispensable in the DECARBONIKATM TECHNOLOGY PARK P.E.P.I.T.E.E. (see www.pepitee.com)
in Alsace, France. Its task is to "VALIDATE" all the work carried out by the RESEARCH INSTITUTE DR. ARIOLI & C. S.A.S.
and by the EUROPEAN QUALITY ASSESSMENT SRL body to "DEPOSIT CARBON CREDITS IN THE INTERNATIONAL REGISTRY"
located at this European Science and Technology Park.
This practice is essential to comply with the rules of the United Nations I.P.C.C., because those who buy Carbon Credits must
apply to a "Registry", with the role of International Independent "Deposit".
