19” standard sizes from
1.75” to 10.5” high. These
panels are available blank
or pre-punched with
10, 12, 24, or 36 holes for Whirlwind WC Series XLR, 1/4”
connectors, or Neutrik D Series and a two-rack space panel is
manufactured with 2, 4, or 6 Speakon or EP connector holes.

Panels are made of .090” thick 5052 aluminum with bent


flanges for rigidity and have a brushed black anodized finish.
Hinged panels are flat, made of .125” thick 5052 aluminum,
and have a brushed black anodized finish. Panels can also be
custom engraved.

Rack Hardware Kit The RMH-100 is a bag of one hundred


10-32 x 3/4” black screws with non-isolating nylon washers
to mount and protect equipment in standard 19” racks and
protect the faceplates from marks caused by screw heads.

Wall Plates These wall mounting cover plates


are designed to fit standard electrical junction
boxes. Available in single gang (4.5” x 2.75”)
and double gang (4.5”x 4.5”) and we stock blank
plates up to 7 gang.

Floor Pockets Constructed of 11-gauge steel, the FP-1 and


FP-2 permit flush installation for safe, reliable connections.
Each unit incorporates a black carpet trim ring with a beveled
edge. Two cable-clearance slots in the door allow it to close
over cables when in use. Interchangeable end panels are
supplied with the FP-1 and FP-2. One is solid metal, which
allows the user to punch or drill it to their own individual
specifications. The other is pre-punched to accept four
Whirlwind XLR or TRS jacks. The FP-1 has one interchangeable
panel on one end; the FP-2 provides panels on both ends. The
bottom plates are also removable to facilitate additional hole
punching and connector mounting. Any or all of these may
be ordered custom punched and/or loaded by Whirlwind. The
optional back boxes (FP-1BB and FP-2BB) have three sets of
knockouts on each side. The FP-1 and FP-2
are UL-listed and CSA approved. Nominal
