    Your Services are transferable to any other place of office of the company/client or to any subsidiary or
    associate company.
    Basis on your BGV clearance and Performance review, you can be proposed for full time conversion with our client,
    if project/client demands. In case you back out from the extended offer of employment from TALENTPLOYER
    Pvt Ltd in the mid of your BGV process, you shall be liable to bear the cost of your BGV check as per actual invoice
    issued from the BGV vendor.
