    Proposal to Initiate an Inter-Level Football League

    Dear Coach,

    I am writing to propose the establishment of an inter-level football league


    within our institution, with the goal of fostering good relationship, healthy
    competition, and a robust sports culture among students across various
    academic levels.

    As the Sports Director, I have observed an increasing interest among


    students to engage in structured sports activities that provide
    opportunities to showcase their talents, build team spirit, and develop
    leadership and collaboration skills. An inter-level league would not only
    enhance these aspects but also promote physical fitness and mental well-
    being.

    The league would be organized with teams formed by students from each
    level, competing to see who the best is. Matches will be held for two
    weeks, with finals scheduled at an appropriate time for the students

    To facilitate this initiative, I respectfully request the support of the


    administration in terms of funding, resources, and access to sports
    facilities. Additionally, any assistance in publicizing the event to maximize
    participation and audience engagement would be greatly appreciated.

    I am confident that this inter-level league will provide a positive impact on


    our students. I would be grateful for your consideration of this proposal,
    and I am open to further discussions to refine the details.
