    The heading above refers,

    This is a reminder that you have not paid full loan installments contrary to the provisions of the loan
    facility letter which requires you to service the loan as per agreed repayment schedule.

    The outstanding Facility balance Position as at this 5 th day of November 2024 is as follows.
    TZS 236,594,083.67,000,002/= (Tanzanian Shillings Two Hundred Thirty Six Million Five
    Hundred Ninety Four Thousand Eighty Three and Sixty Seven cents only)

    You are therefore reminded to settle the sum of TZS 35,595,005.75 (Tanzanian Shillings Thirty Five
    Million Five Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Five and Seventy Five cents only) being principal
    arrears, interest arrears and penalty interest on the term loan.
    Please be further informed that should you fail to settle the said sum within 7 days from the date of
    this letter, the Bank shall initiate recovery process.
