Leadership Skills
To effectively lead StudyNest, doing a leadership audit on iLearn helped me find my flaws. The
results gave me a overview of my leadership strengths and areas for more improvement. The
audit really revealed that my key strengths include strong communication skills. the ability to
inspire and motivate others and a collaborative approach to solving problems quick. These

such as my time management and task delegation. Tho occasionally I take on too many jobs at
once, which wears me out and reduces my productivity, I work well with others. Knowing this,
I'm going to become a better delegater by assigning my team members more work and the
support they need to succeed. Along with making me a stronger leader this will enable my team
to advance their own ablities.

Using a council type leadership for StudyNest is what I have chosen after my audit. Because it
engages everyone, encourages innovation and improves decisions by utilizing everyone's
ideas, this kind of leadership matches both my strengths and the requirements of our coworking
environment. When individuals collaborate, as at StudyNest, where the success of our services
depends on the ideas and active involvement of both staff and students, democratic leadership
functions best. Better service for our members will result from my team feeling like they own and
are valued by me.First and foremost, we will provide competitive compensation and benefits to

and engaged in the democratic leadership decision-making process. Everyone working together
and feeling welcome will result from this. StudyNest will apply Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs to
create an environment where employees may develop both personally and professionally in
addition to meeting their basic needs. This approach will help to maintain the employees
extremely motivated, content, and productive. this involves regularly seeking for team members'
opinions on significant issues and promoting their sharing of ideas. When organizing new
seminars or events, we'll conduct staff brainstorming sessions to draw on their ideas and
inventiveness. We will also provide frequent opportunities for employees to provide us with

I plan to keep developing further enhance my leadership abilities. To this aim, they ought to
