The moral compass play into ethical decision making because it will governs how the
individual's judgement in decision making is aligned. The moral compass is a guiding factor for
many choices and decision that are made.

morally appropriate or excepted in society. It helps decrease the chance of moral decay within
our society. A weakness of the moral compass is that that it guides you in what is right for your

The function of the veil of ignorance is to bring forth guidance in decision making process that is

out and no concern with rewards. The spirit of sports is how the individual rolls with the
punches or change. It their willingness to adapt or work without any complaints. No matter the

power or control get to the individual can lead to bad situation. They leader is ultimately
responsible for the decisions made and the outcomes it brings.
