Part 2: Describe an energetic person you know.

You should say:
○ who this person is,
○ how you know them,
○ why they are so energetic,
○ and explain how you feel about them.

It is rightly said, “Your vibe attracts your tribe,” as I have always been friends with
ebullient and energetic personality-filled people. Although most of the people I know are
superbly effervescent in life, one person whom I will choose to talk about is one of my
best friends, Charles. Since middle school, he has been my friend and the camaraderie
we share ever since we met for the first time has been growing stronger and stronger.
Charles is expeditious in nature and performs any task sprightly. One just requires to
assign a task to him and he does it at the drop of a hat. Never have I ever heard him
bickering about the difficulty of a task or how intimidating the task at hand is. Moreover,
he acts as a constant source of exhortation for the ones around him. I believe nobody
could ever supersede him in this regard. Well, apart from being invigorating all the time,
he is an amazing counselor as well. At times, we all tend to be falling apart at the seams.
However, he ensures that he draws you back to the exuberance of life. His jaunty
persona and never-say-die inclination toward life have always been inspirational to me.
Hence, I have always enjoyed being around him and having myself perform productively
in every task I took up!

3. In your opinion, how does the environment affect a person’s energy levels?

T: The environment plays a significant role in influencing a person’s energy levels.

R: The surroundings we inhabit can either boost our energy or drain it. Factors such as
lighting, noise levels, air quality, and access to nature all have a measurable impact on
how energized or fatigued we feel throughout the day.

E : Research shows that natural light exposure can improve mood and energy levels.
Studies have demonstrated that people who spend time outdoors or near windows that
allow natural light tend to experience less fatigue compared to those in artificially lit
environments. Similarly, environments with high noise pollution or poor air quality are
linked to lower energy levels due to the constant strain they place on the body and mind.

E: For example, a person working in a bright, well-ventilated office with access to natural
light may feel more awake and focused than someone working in a dark, cramped space
without fresh air. Similarly, spending time in a quiet park or a natural area can help
rejuvenate a person’s energy after a busy day in a loud, crowded urban environment.

4. Do you think modern technology affects people’s energy levels? How?

T: Modern technology can both increase and decrease people's energy levels.
R: The impact of technology on energy levels depends on how it is used and how it
affects sleep patterns, stress levels, and physical activity.

E: Research has shown that excessive screen time, particularly before bed, can
disrupt sleep patterns, leading to fatigue and decreased energy levels. Additionally,
the constant notifications and demands of technology can increase stress, which can
also contribute to feelings of tiredness.

E: For example, a person who spends hours scrolling through social media before
bed may have trouble falling asleep, leading to a decrease in energy levels the next
day. On the other hand, fitness trackers and smartwatches can motivate people to
exercise, which can increase energy levels. Also, productivity apps and tools can
help people manage their time effectively and reduce stress.

Why?
T: I do believe robots will replace human labor down the line.

time for recreational activities.

from vacuuming to laundry and even cooking. Robots can cook for you as well. How
amazing it is. Moreover, people are influenced by a fast-paced and busy lifestyle,
and they need more time for recreational activities and this is a strong drive for them
to find out ways to replace their physical work with robots.
